A RESOLUTION DENIED A VARIANCE AS REQUESTED

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

DENIAL of the variance request by Ashley McDowell-Jones regarding property located at Township 12S, Range 01W, Section 0600, Tax Lot 422.

A Variance allowing the building of an Accessory Dwelling (Pole Barn) on the property before the building of the Primary Residence.

DENIAL based upon adoption of the findings of fact as contained in the staff report.
