RESOLUTION #90-2

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS

WHEREAS, the following transfers are permitted within the 1989-90 budget year,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Sodaville, City Council transfers the following:

A. Capitol [sic] Outlay Fund - Systems Improvements

1. $3,500 from Systems Improvements to Materials & Services - Repair & Maintenance System

2. To allow the needed street repairs that are in excess of the amount budgeted for this year.
