RESOLUTION 96-6

Whereas, the Sodaville City Council gives authorization to purchase tax lot 200 from Water Unrestricted Improvements for $11,000 after July 1st, 1996, but before July 15, 1996. The Street Fund shall hold this parcel for a FUTURE street right of way, which shall be purchased by any abutting landed divider for local access and/or by any future developer who should need an improved second access to Waterloo Road, said land divider/developer will be responsible for constructing all necessary and required roadway improvements.
