A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICERS TO PRUCHASE STATE AND FEDERAL SURPLUS

Whereas, it is necessary to purchase supplies or materials at the best price possible.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Sodaville maintain its eligibility by re-certification to the Federal Surplus Property Donee's list.
