ORDINANCE NO. 29

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.

Pursuant to C-Engrossed SB 11, adopted by the 1977 legislative assembly, the city hereby elects to receive state revenues for the fiscal year 1977-78.

Section 2.

An emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by the council and approved by the mayor.
