RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION ENDORSING "THE ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT" OF THE OREGON DISTRICT 4 COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND AUTHORIZING MEMBERSHIP THEREIN.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sodaville, Oregon desires to cooperate with other local governments in Lincoln, Linn, and Benton Counties in a voluntary council of governments and to receive the benefits that may be derived from such participation, and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sodaville, Oregon, has considered the provisions of the "Articles of Agreement" establishing the Oregon District 4 Council of Governments, a copy of which is attached to this resolution, and agrees to such provisions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Sodaville, Oregon, hereby approves and endorses the "Articles of Agreement of the Oregon District 4 Council of Governments" and agrees to membership in the
