RESOLUTION NO. 12-10
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 2012-2013 BUDGET
THE CITY OF SODAVILLE RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Because of the circumstances state below, the mayor and City Council of the City of Sodaville determine that it is necessary to transfer appropriations as follows:
Water Fund
To: 350-2 Health Benefits - $3600
From: Contingency $3600
This transfer provides monies of $500 per month for Health Benefits for Public Works Director Stanley Smith as approved by the Sodaville City Council on September 20, 2012.
Street Fund
To: 250-4 Health Benefits - $225
From: Contingency $225
This transfer provides monies for $500 per month for Health Benefits for Public Works Director Stanley Smith as approved by the Sodaville City Council on September 20, 2012.
General Fund
No transfer needed.
Section 2.
