VOLUNTEER RESOLUTION

For Policy Year 2002-2003

A RESOLUTION DENYING CITY OF SODAVILLE'S WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE TO VOLUNTEERS OF THE CITY OF SODAVILLE.

WHEREAS, The City of Sodaville elects the following:

Workers' compensation coverage will not be provided to volunteer workers.

NOW, THEREFORE, BIT [sic] IT RESOLVED by the City of Sodaville Mayor and Council Members of the City of Sodaville, County of Linn, and State of Oregon to deny worker's compensation insurance coverage as indicated above. This resolution will be updated annually.

ADOPTED by the City of Sodaville Mayor and Council Members of the City of Sodaville this 28th day of May, 2002.

Passed by the Council this 28 day of May, 2002.
