I, Judy K. Smith, City of Sodaville Election Official do hereby Proclaim, based on the Certified Abstract Votes from Linn County Oregon, for the 2012 General Election;

Elected for Mayor is Janey L. Wilson, having received 85 votes, 55.19%.

Elected for Council Position is William (Nick) Heineck, having received 83 votes, 26.95%.

Elected to Council Position is (No Candidate for second Council Position).
