AN ORDINANCE TO RECEIVE TELECOMMUNICATION FRANCHISE FEES FROM CENTURYTEL OF OREGON, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT (8%) PERCENT FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
AN ORDINANCE TO RECEIVE TELECOMMUNICATION FRANCHISE FEES FROM CENTURYTEL OF OREGON, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT (8%) PERCENT FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
The City of Sodaville, Oregon ordains as follows;
The City of Sodaville, Oregon, hereby elects to receive telecommunication franchise fees from CenturyTel of Oregon, Inc. in the amount of eight (8%) percent for a period of five (5) years.
