I. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR 1987-88

Be it Resolved that the City Council of the City of Sodaville hereby adopts the budget approved by the budget committee for 1987-1988 in the total sum of $72,321.

II. RESOLUTION MAKING APPROPRIATIONS

Be it Resolved that the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1987 and for purposes shown below are hereby appropriated as follows:

III. RESOLUTION LEVYING AD VALORUM [sic] TAXES

Be it Resolved that the City Council of the City of Sodaville hereby levies the taxes provided for in the adopted budget in the aggregate amount of $4,348. and that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property within said district as fo [sic] 1:00 A.M., January 1, 1988. The following allocation constitute the above aggregate levy:

PUBLIC SAFETY FUND

Street Lighting - 3 year serial levy $2,205.

Fire Defense - Tax Base 2,143.

Total Ad Valorum Taxes
