A [sic] AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE No. 2 Section 3 OF THE CITY OF SODAVILLE.

To amend Ordinance No. 2 Section 3, by the following.

The Sodaville ordains as follows:

ORDINANCE No. 2 Section3, is hereby amended to read as follows:

1. 1. “The Recorder-Treasurer shall receive the sum of $ 8,00 ( eight Dollars ) per month for services rendered.

   2. Amendment to be retroactive from July 1th [sic], 1960. This in accordance with the 1960-1961 budget as approved.

   3. To be attached to and made a part of Ordinance No. 2.
