82-01 UGB Amendments
ORDINANCE 82-1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES 81-8, 81-9, AND 81-10 BY REPEALING SECTION #5 OF EACH AND ADDING SECTION #6 TO EACH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section #5 of Ordinance 81-8 is hereby repealed and section #6 is added stating: Section 6. This Ordinance will become effective immediately upon the approval of the amended Urban Growth Management Agreement extending the U.G.B. of Sodaville to the area indicated on the map (contained herein as exhibit A) by the Linn County Board of Commissioners.
Section 2.
Section #5 of Ordinance 81-9 is hereby repealed and section #6 is added stating: Section 6. This Ordinance will become effective immediately upon the approval of the amended Urban Growth Management Agreement extending the U.G.B. of Sodaville to the area indicated on the map (contained herein as exhibit A) by the Linn County Board of Commissioners.
Section 3.
Section #5 of Ordinance 81-10 is hereby repealed and section #6 is added stating: Section 6. This Ordinance will become effective immediately upon the approval of the amended Urban Growth Management Agreement extending the U.G.B. of Sodaville to the area indicated on the map (contained herein as exhibit A) by the Linn County Board of Commissioners.
Section 4.
The general welfare of the public will be promoted if this Ordinance takes effect immediately; therefore an emergency is declared and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage by the Council and its approval by the Mayor.
