ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 22

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.

Ordinance No. 22 accepting and affirming representations of petitioners and adjoining property owners for vacation of St. Louis Street, from Market Road 31 to Center of Pine Street, enacted December 12, 1965 is repealed.

Section 2.

Ordinance No. 22 enacted December 12, 1965 was never properly filed with Linn County Surveyor and Linn County Clerk.
