RESOLUTION NO. 12-05

A RESOLUTION ABOLISHING 2 RESERVE FUND ACCOUNTS

Where As [sic] the Capital Acquisition Fund is no longer necessary and the resources remainint $17,500 in the fund are to be transferred to the General Fund in the amount of $6,125, the Street Fund in the amount of $875 and the Water Fund in the amount of $10,500.

Where As [sic] the Major Repair and Maintenance Fund is no longer necessary and the resources remaining of $2,000 are to be transferred to the General Fund.
