AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE SKATE BOARD USE WITHIN THE CITY OF SODAVILLE.
AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE SKATE BOARD USE WITHIN THE CITY OF SODAVILLE.
An emergency ordinance regulating the use of skate boards within the city limits of the City of Sodaville, effective immediately as of April 20, 1978.
THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.

That the use of skate boards by any individual be not allowed on the city streets of Sodaville and/or on any city property.
Section 2.
Section 2.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by the council and approved by the mayor.
