RESOLUTION NO 92-6

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1993 SPECIAL CITY ALLOTMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,000 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY RECORDER TO SIGN THE GRANT AGREEMENT.

WHERAS, the City of Sodaville Was awarded an SCA Grant in the amount of $25,000 to be used toward the cost of rebuilding, paving and repairing St. Louis, St. Charles and Pine Streets; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the contract and agrees to the provisions provided therein; and

WHEREAS, the signatures of the Mayor and City Recorder of the City of Sodaville are required on the Special. City Allotment Grant agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Sodaville, to authorize Mayor Mullenix and City Recorder Seward to sign the Special City Allotment Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Sodaville.
