I. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR 1985-86

Be it Resolved that the City Council of the City of Sodaville hereby adopts the budget approved by the budget committee for 1986-87 in the total sum of [sic]

II. RESOLUTION MAKING APPROPRIATIONS

Be it Resolved that the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1985 and for purposes shown below are hereby appropriated as follows:

III. RESOLUTION LEVYING AD VALORUM [sic] TAXES

Be it Resolved that the City Council of the City of Sodaville hereby levies the taxes provided for in the adopted budget in the aggregate amount of $3,559. and that these taxes ar [sic] hereby levied on all taxable property within said district as of 1:00 A.M., January 1, 1986. The following allocation constitute the above aggregate levy:

PUBLIC SAFETY FUND

Street Lighting - 3 year serial levy $1,807

Fire Defense - Tax Base 1,752

Total Ad Valorum Taxes $ 3,559
