RESOLUTION 86-1
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF FIRST INTERSTATE BANK ACCOUNTS AND STATE OF OREGON LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, The City of Sodaville Charter authorizes the City Recorder to sign all orders on the treasury and
WHEREAS, by City of Sodaville purchasing ordinance designates the purchasing agent to be the mayor or any person appointed by the mayor, as his assistant
THEREFORE, the recorder, mayor, and his designated assistant shall be authorized to sign official documents to expend money and that any two of them shall sign all checks drawn on the First Interstate Bank of Oregon, Lebanon Branch.
Any two of the following persons are authorized to sign checks:
Charles E. Hartung, Mayor
Charles Mullenix, Assistant
Gloria Jean Dodson, Recorder
Any one of the above shall be authorized to transfer money to and from the First Interstate Bank of Oregon, Lebanon Branch through the State of Oregon Local Investment Pool.
IT IS HEREBY DULY RESOLVED: THIS COUNCIL HEREBY EXPRESSES ITS APPROVAL OF THE FOREGOING AUTHORIZATION OF EXPENDING FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF SODAVILLE.
