ORDINANCE 80-1

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SODAVILLE

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sodaville has held several hearings and considered all citizen input,

NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.

Exhibit A, containing the maps, summaries of background studies and policies, which by this reference is hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby adopted as the comprehensive plan for the City of Sodaville.

Section 2.

An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon it's [sic] passage and approval by the mayor.
