RESOLUTION 82-1

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS

WHEREAS, the following transfers are permitted within the 198-82 budget,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Sodaville, CIty Council transfers the following:

A. Community Development Fund.

1. $2000.00 from CD Fund - Water - Transfer to the Enterprise Fund - Water per the original FmHA construction budget.

2. $2000.00 from CD Fund - Water - Contingency transfer to CD Fund - Water - Materials & Services to pay for project closeout costs.

B. Enterprise Fund

1. $162.00 from Enterprise Fund - Water - Transfer to Reserve Fund - Water per 1981-82 budget allocation.

C. Special Revenue Fund

1. $150.00 from SR Fund - Park - Contingency transfer to SR Fund - Park - Materials and Services to fund trimming trees in the Park.

2. $160.00 from Planning Contingency to Planning Materials & Services.

3. $100.00 from Planning Capital Outlay to Planning Personal Services to provide for consultant and recorder time to submit Findings of Fact.
