No 17 Street Reopening
A Bill for an Ordinance to be designated as Ordinance No. 17
Accepting and affirming representations of petitioners for reopening of Street; St. Louis Street; granting requested reopening; and declaring an emergency.
The CITY of Sodaville Ordains as follows:
Section 1.
Representations of petitioners for reopening of St. Louis Street in Seminary Addition, City of Sodaville, are by this section accepted and affirmed.
Section 2.
St. Louis Street, from the western terminus known as Market Road 31 thereof to the extreme eastern boundary of the City of Sodaville as it appears in Seminary addition (St. Louis Street being only Street declared in this section) are by this section declared reopened as requested by the petitioners.
Section 3.
An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect in full force immediately upon its passage, its approval by the mayor, and the filing of this ordinance.
