On the 14th of May we notified police of Danish pastor Massoud Fouroozandeh for harassment:

Decisions in the case where you have notified Massoud Fouroozandeh

I am writing to you to inform you that the Funen Police have decided not to initiate an investigation into the case, where you have reported Massoud Fouroozandeh for posting on Facebook a picture of a dog biting a man in his rear end, and writing " The local imam came to visit to tell me, Islam is equal to peace… and Macho (dog) thinks it was fun to play with him. Now Macho waits in vain while he looks out the window and does not quite understand why Abu imam will not come again soon ?! ”, and for subsequently writing that you will experience a shitstorm or a police report.

The background to our decision

We assess that there is no reasonable presumption that something criminal has been committed. Therefore, we have decided not to initiate an investigation into the case.

We have emphasized that the incident cannot be punished under the Penal Code or other laws.

This is the legal basis

• The case is about Chapter 27 of the Penal Code (violations of peace and honor).

• We have decided the case in accordance with the rules in the Administration of Justice Act, section 749, subsection. 1, which deals with the fact that there is no basis for initiating an investigation.

If you have a claim for damages

Even if there is no criminal case, you can have a claim for damages e.g. for broken things, clothes or for lost earnings.

You can contact your insurance company and find out if they cover your claim.

Finally, you can file a civil lawsuit against Massoud Fouroozandeh yourself. Here you will get the help of the court to decide whether you should have compensation from the other party. You can get more information about this from the court.

If you wish to complain

You have the opportunity to appeal our decision. If you choose to complain, you must send the complaint here or to the Public Prosecutor in Viborg, Rødevej 1, 8800 Viborg. You can also send the complaint via eBoks to the Public Prosecutor in Viborg (you can find the addressee in e-Boks under Authority / State / National Police).

The deadline for complaints is 4 weeks after you have received this letter. There are no formal requirements for the complaint.

The complaint is processed by the public prosecutor. Once the Attorney General has dealt with the complaint, you will hear from them.

Our comment:

Apparently it is not illegal in Denmark for PASTOR MASSOUD FOUROOZANDEH FROM THE CHURCH OF LOVE to fantasize loudly and publicly about getting his dog to bite a Muslim priest (immam) in his rear end.

The derogatory tone towards a fellow human being is acceptable.

We also see that the shitstorm that the same PASTOR MASSOUD FOUROOZANDEH HAS from CHURCH OF LOVE got some of his followers on facebook to write against the two of us as a reviewer is not considered illegal,according to the email from Fyn's police.

So the tone in the CHURCH OF LOVE out in public via facebook must be harsh and derogatory towards people who are Muslims or against what they call us 2 :"SNITCH PIGS". " And they are socialists, they are not even Christians."

We have to call the Management Secretariat at Funen Police, (Fyn Denmark), on Monday if it is okay for PASTOR Massoud Fouroozandeh from CHURCH OF LOVE to incite to what he himself calls it: a shitstorm against us, which then started, with words such as SNITCH PIGS on our facebook profile. We are not out to get PASTOR MASSOUD FOUROOZANDEH, CHURCH OF LOVE convicted, but just to know, are there really no limits to what adults in PUBLIC OFFICE can set in motion?

Jeg skriver til dig for at oplyse dig om, at Fyns Politi har besluttet ikke at indlede en efterforskning i sagen, hvor du har anmeldt Massoud Fouroozandeh for på Facebook at have slået et billede op af en hund, der bider en mand bagi og skrevet ”Den lokale imam kom på besøg for at fortælle mig, islam er lige med fred… og Macho synes, det var sjovt at lege med ham. Nu venter Macho forgæves, mens han kigger ud ad vinduet of forstår ikke helt, hvorfor kommer Abu imam ikke snart igen?!”, samt for efterfølgende at have skrevet, at du kommer til at opleve en shitstorm eller en politianmeldelse.

Baggrunden for vores beslutning

Vi vurderer, at der ikke er en rimelig formodning om, at der er begået noget strafbart. Derfor har vi besluttet ikke at indlede efterforskning i sagen.

Vi har lagt vægt på, at forholdet ikke kan straffes efter straffeloven eller andre love.

Vores kommentar:

Det er tilsyneladende ikke er ulovligt i Danmark, at PASTOR MASSOUD FOUROOZANDEH FRA CHURCH OF LOVE fantaserer højt og offentligt om at få sin hund til at bide en muslimsk præst (imam) bagi. Den nedgørende tone mod et medmenneske er acceptabel.

Vi ser også at den shitstorm, samme PASTOR MASSOUD FOUROOZANDEH fra CHURCH OF LOVE fik opildnet nogle af sine tilhængere på facebook til at skrive mod os to som anmelder er ikke anset jfr. politiets brev som ulovlig. Så tonen i KIRKEN ud i offentligheden via facebook må gerne være rå og nedgørende mod mennesker, der er muslimer eller som, de kalder os 2: " de er socialister, de er ikke engang kristne."

Vi skal ringe til Ledelsessekretariat ved Fyns politi på mandag om, det er i orden at PASTOR Massoud Fouroozandeh fra CHURCH OF LOVE opildner til, hvad han selv kalder det : en shitstorm mod os, som så gik i gang, med ord som fx STIKKERSVIN på vores facebook profil. Vi er ikke ude på at få PASTOR MASSOUD FOUROOZANDEH, CHURCH OF LOVE dømt, men blot vide, er der ingen grænser for hvad voksne mennesker i OFFENTLIGT EMBEDE kan sætte gang?
