Jonas Serner-Pedersen has been paid as a pastor, whether he was fired or not, and whether it was from the church “Kolding Valgmenighed”, the State Church or through the Danish Clerical Association. He has been paid in the property of being a pastor.

All the way back from he received our resignation papers, it was a matter of conscience for Daniela Skov to receive a written confirmation from Jonas Serner-Pedersen that she was resigned from the church “Kolding Valgmenighed”. She didn't want to be a member of the “Kolding Valgmenighed” anymore because Jonas Serner-Pedersen confides in her that he was bullied in the church for 1 ½ years by Erling Hybschmann and Bo Christensen from the church’s leader group.

What he here confided to her shook her violently. Erling Hybschmann stood for the Alpha teaching, where she had been participating to invite people in. She felt that she had been exposed to con and subtlety, yes directly duped.

In the spring of 2012, she and Jonas Serner-Pedersen are sitting in his office in the Café Genesis, and he is in a great crisis. He says "now you see me cry". He tells that he is so angry, so angry, so angry. He would "never again in my life to see Erling".

As evidenced by Daniela’s resignation papers, she wants not to be a member of any church. May 7 2014 learns Daniela on Nicolai Church’s office to her great astonishment and shock that she was a member of the Church. View the transcript from the church records above.

She had deliberately resigned from the Danish State Church in Sædden Church in Esbjerg 28.10.1997 with Jens Fischer-Nielsen, on the basis that she had chosen to receive baptism of faith in Esbjerg Pentecostal Church.

Both Daniela and I are in full good faith that we are not enrolled in the State Church anywhere. We are of the belief and faith, that the one baptism repeals the other, so we automatically have no legally valid opportunity to be a member of the State Church of Denmark.

We need to know if we can go to the police with the improper registration we have been exposed to at two State churches in Kolding.

Parish pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen has with force applied a restraining order on us through the State police, and justified and corrected by the State's Attorney in Viborg, and he has thus removed any possibility for us to be able to talk with him about our Church affiliation.

He is even a State-employed civil servant in Hjerm parish, Viborg Stift since 2012, and therefore also as pastor has a duty to talk with citizens in our common nation. He lets the police understand that Daniela is not included in his Church, although he must be aware that he was the only one of the two who has joined her in the State Church.

How can a vicar stand as the owner of a gathering of people? We are seeing that what we have been through is misconduct, abuse of power and violation, which has damaged our lives and health through two years. As evidenced by our resignation papers, they are signed with a ballpoint pen by Jonas Serner-Pedersen on 31. May 2012.

I found out that I had misunderstood the form, so that I should not have written "Kristkirken’s Parish", and thus I asked Jonas Serner-Pedersen for a new form. I don't recall if I got another form, and in any case it is the incorrectly filled out, he has posted. In my understanding I filled it with the geographical parish where I live, not with the parish church, by virtue of residence I belong.

I can swear that I had never thought of signing me into the “Kristkirken” (Christ Church) or any other parish church! I have just been baptized with the baptism of faith in the Church in the Town of Kolding (denomination: apostolic church), which the Church's pastor Jesper Kure can attest, and Jonas Serner-Pedersen knows it too. It makes no sense to me that I was going to sign me into the local parish church.

I don't hide my new baptism! I have no confidence that a registration in a parish church would have any legal validity. It was a great offensive for me to find out about it on 8. May 2014 in the social security register, that I had been added via the population register in Kolding against my own knowledge.

The State Church is clearly to appear as if it will solicit members at any cost. Through the use of force by the police State Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen prevents me from getting into conversation with him.

As I read the form, I understand it so that I myself was supposed to have signed me in to the church before filling in the form, and yet the population register signed me in.

Daniela has thought in the course of this long two-year period, that she had clearly indicated her Church affiliation by writing "Kingdom of God", and she knows that she has also written to Jonas Serner-Pedersen, that she has her name inscribed in the Book of life. She did not want to have her name in a State Church.

In the instructions to the form it read that the staff pastor had to resign her. Daniela found it absurd and bizarre, as Jonas Serner-Pedersen, who resigned her, was not on staff but fired, and this she also expressed to him in writing.

She thought that perhaps it was embarrassing for Jonas Serner-Pedersen to get the sentences about the Kingdom of God and the Book of Life, and that she tells him in writing that she came to laugh because it was so confusing and distressing to read what it said about the staff pastor who was now fired.

She even took the bus to Jonas Serner-Pedersen’s residence after a long time, in the summer of 2012, inquiring for a conversation and the receipt. She texted him that she had come to his door to get her receipt at long last. He hides himself behind his child. He texted back, that he has his son Noah with him, so he cannot speak there. She had also tried to get acknowledgment of resignation for her son Kenneth, but Jonas Serner-Pedersen put all his force into hiding behind his son, not to get in the conversation about whether or not he had resigned Daniela.

Why does he refuse us conversation? How can he be eligible for it, when it is he and not us who receives salary from the Church? Daniela is a contributor by gift contribution to Jonas Serner-Pedersen’s payroll in the church “Kolding Valgmenighed”.

He has through her and I becoming a member of the State Church secured the Church income through Church tax without our knowledge and consent!

Church tax goes to the payment of the bishops’, and pastors’, and deans’ salaries. Jonas Serner-Pedersen has as a pastor in the Church a motive to impose church tax on us! Enrichment?!
