Kære Biskop Henrik Stubkjær, kære fhv Biskop Karsten Nissen,

kære Provst Carsten Hoffmann, kære Menighedsråd i Hjerm ved Åse og Robert Stoltenberg.

Vi vil på baggrund af brev fra Retten i Kolding bede om at følgende bliver vedlagt retsmødet den 30 marts 2017, da vi ikke fik en partshøring bevilliget. Vi er i sådan forvirring over at Jonas Serner-Pedersen må lyve og sværte os i hele Danmark via Kristeligt Dagblad og Journalist Christian Birk, ved at tillægge os totalt menneskeligt umulige overdrevne handlinger som at sende ham 100 SMS og indtale 12 timer dagligt på hans telefonsvarer NU ANGIVELIGT igennem hele 3 ÅR.

Oveni dette er der så eet udsagn fra november 2016 til Hans Morten Anker, af alle de angiveligt utallige henvendelser, der alene får ham til at benytte sit POLITITILHOLD og få POLITIET I SVING MED AT RINGE OG SIGTE OS OG TILDELE OS BØDER PÅ 2000kr HVER.

Så absurd og bizart og vi fatter ikke noget.

Sognepræsten i Hjerm Sogn i Vestjylland, Jonas Serner-Pedersen, er på tredje år blevet chikaneret af to personer fra sin tidligere valgmenighed i Kolding. De to har fået et polititilhold, men retter nu i stedet de ondskabsfulde beskeder mod præstens sognebørn i Hjerm.

”De taler om, hvor dårligt et menneske jeg er, og at de føres bag lyset, fordi jeg er en skummel person. Det er meget trættende, og så synes jeg, at det er rigtig ubehageligt, at det skal gå ud over de mennesker, der bor her i sognet,” siger Jonas Serner-Pedersen."

Kristelig Dagblad fejlbedømte den præst, som har seksuelt misbrugt børn i KALUNDBORG HOS BISKOP PETER FISCHER-MØLLER. MED KATASTROFALE FØLGER FOR BORGERNE.

DET ER ØDELÆGGENDE NÅR KIRKEN BESKYTTER SIG SELV LÆNGST MULIGT MOD SANDFÆRDIGHED OG GENNEMSIGTIGHED.

Vi står jo så lige nu i samme situation som et deja-vu, at Lars Skov Krøgholt bliver påvirket i sit helbred og humør af de her forvirrede mønstre fra Jonas Serner-Pedersen. Han kan slet ikke tåle stress mere OG det at han blev ringet op af en betjent sigtet ud i den blå luft 06-06-2016, fordi Jonas Serner-Pedersen tror at, han er den som alene bestemmer, hvordan vore relationer med andre og med ham er skruet sammen på.

Han "dikterer" både vore personlige indre følelsesliv og i praksis. Altså vores relationer med FAMILIEN ANKER, er på Jonas’ betingelser. Han greb noget, vi har skrevet til Hans Morten Anker, helt på trods af at JONAS SERNER-PEDERSEN IKKE SKAL HØRE FRA OS. HAN SKAL IKKE LÆSE MAILS, VI SENDER TIL ANDRE.

VI MÅ DA HELT KLART VÆRE BESKYTTEDE MOD HAM LIGESÅVEL, IGENNEM DET TILHOLD, HAN HAR PÅFØRT OS ?????

TILHOLDET SÆTTER GRÆNSER, DER VEL OSSE OMHANDLER HAM OG HANS PERSONLIGE VALG MHT. AT KOMME I NÆRHEDEN AF OS, ELLER HVAD?????

Hvorfor skulle vi dog have det? Han har ingen skrupler mod at vi betalte bøder på 3500 og 1500 kroner i 2013 efter et retsmøde, og at Daniela Skov fik PTSD pga. ham og en betjent i 2012 og Lars Krøgholt fik et tilhold uden Jonas Serner-Pedersen har begrundet det for Lars K.

PTSD har så store konsekvenser for mig i mit liv. Hvorfor skulle jeg bringe mit helbred yderligere i risiko zonen i et forsøg på at kontakte Jonas Serner-Pedersen????

Ja, han har spillet alle mulige mennesker ud mod hinanden og sagt til politiet:" jeg skal giftes, jeg er så lykkelig.." som een af sine vægtige begrundelser i 2012-13 for at politiet skulle beskytte ham mod at tale med os om de administrative opgaver fra ham til os.

Det er tidsperioden 2012-13 at vi NETOP kontaktede ham, for at få VORE papirer med VORE UDMELDELSER BEKRÆFTET !

Bemærk UD-MELDELSE. HVORFOR SKULLE VI BRUGE 12 timer på daglige opringninger til ham, og texte 100 SMS dagligt, når vort ærinde var UDMELDELSES -KVITTERING, OG VI VILLE TIL ENGLAND FOR AT BOSÆTTE OS DER HVER ISÆR.

(JEG KOMMER TIL AT GRINE NU, SÅ ABSURD OG BIZART DET ER, AT BISKOPPEN OG MANGE KIRKE-TROENDE TROR, DET ER MULIGT AT SKRIVE 100 DAGLIGE SMS OG INDTALE 12 timers BESKEDER I 3 ÅR.) Det er ikke morsomt. Det er modbydeligt.

VI KONTAKTER IKKE HAM VIA HANS MORTEN ANKER ELLER VIA DENNE E-MAIL, FOR DEN SAGS SKYLD, FOR HAN FOREKOMMER AT VÆRE HELT UDENFOR PÆDAGOGISK RÆKKEVIDDE.

DET ER UMULIGT FOR OS AT VÆRE BESAT AF HAM, SÅ VI BRUGER ALLE DØGNETS VÅGNE TIMER UDELUKKENDE KUN PÅ AT SENDE HAM 100 SMS

OG INDTALE 12 TIMERS BESKEDER OGSÅ ENDOG PÅ 3 ÅR.

Based on the letter from the Courts In Kolding we ask for the following to be attached to the Hearing March 30-2017, since we didn't get a consultation of the parties granted.

We are in such confusion over Jonas Serner-Pedersen lying and soiling us nationwide through nationwide Christian Newspaper and journalist Christian Birch, by adding to our reputation a human impossible exaggerated number of actions as to send him 100 Text messages on a daily basis and speaking messages 12 hours a day on his voice mail allegedly to be going on for 3 years now.

On top of it ONE SPECIFIC statement from November 2016 to Hans Morten Anker of all the allegedly countless requests that solely provokes him to use his restraining order and get the police in turn to call us, charging us and assigning on us fines of 2000kr each at December 19-2017! So absurd and bizarre and we do not understand any of it.

" Threats and persecution of vicars are a growing problem, points out the CLERGYCAL UNION after harassment case. We lack central efforts to handle the problem..... 100 uncomfortable text messages per day.

12 hours of harassment on his telephone answering machine. Parish VICAR of Hjerm Parish in Vestjylland, Jonas Serner-Pedersen, is at the now third year been harassed by two people from his earlier Free Congregv in Kolding.

The two citizens who have been issued police injunction order, now instead directs their evil messages towards his parishioners in HJERM parish!

They talk about what a bad person I am, and that they are lead behind the light, because I am a sinister person.

it is very wearing, and so I think that it is really uncomfortable that it must now spread in addition to the people who live here in the Parish, "says Jonas Serner-Pedersen."

That we at 3 years exercise such massive stream of inquiries although Parish Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen has the restraining orders on us:

because he has a restraining order protecting him, we are wondering 100 percent that you his Bishop Henrik Stubkjær has not advised him to turn to the police over a year ago.

As well as the police could have sentenced us long time already for contact harassment of such measure.

it must be this way Mr. Bishop Henrik Stubkjær that you are employed and paid to help your Pastor.

Why do you not advise him strongly to replace his phone number, and get himself a secret number, if he is experiencing us stalking him on his phone 12 hours a day and even for 3 years ?????

You after all must hear that non-stop sound of the 24/7 100 text messages in daily and 12 hours Phone calls that clearly tires him and all of you so much.

We understand that he is not able to do anything except be on his cell phone.

Instead he could work as a VICAR throughout the daytime in HJERM!!

We feel that you are showing an incredible negligence when you lack supervising your vicars entire everyday Living and his married life when he is harassed on his 3 years by the 2 of us from Kolding, we hear, and no supervision for parishioners in Hjerm's best interests :

Same Christian newspaper that misjudged the pastor who sexually abused children in Kalundborg, at Bishop Peter Fischer-Møller's Diocese with disastrous consequences for the community's many citizens.

It is devastating when the Church protects itself to any length possible against truthfulness and transparency.

Said to journalist Christian Birch:

"it is very wearing, and so I think that it is really uncomfortable that it is stretching to the people who live here in our Parish," says Jonas Serner-Pedersen.

Here we are now in the same situation as a Deja-vu that Lars Krøgholt is being affected on his health and temper by these confused patterns from Jonas Serner-Pedersen.

He can no longer tolerate stress in his health.

That he was called by a police officer from out of nowhere summer 06-06-2016, because Jonas Serner-Pedersen think that, he has the right to be the authority who determines how our relationships with others as well as with him are shaped.

Jonas Serner-Pedersen "dictates " both our personal inner emotional relations to and Practical. that is our relationships with the Anker family, is defined at JONAS's terms.

Thus he grabbed something we've written to Hans Morten Anker, completely in spite that Jonas Serner-Pedersen are not allowed to hear anything from us.

We thought that he must not read our e-mails that we send to others.

We expect definitely to be protected against him just as well, through the restraining order, he has applied on us ?????

Such injunction defining boundaries which just as well prohibiting him and affecting his personal choice in terms. to come near us, or what ?????

We have nothing in our emotions nor in practice, which means that we have ANY confidence in Jonas Serner-Pedersen at all.

Why should we ????

He has shown no scruples over us paying fines at 3500 and 1500 kroner in early summer 2013 after a hearing and that Daniela Skov got PTSD due to him and a police officer 2012 and Lars Krøgholt got a restraining order without Jonas Serner-Pedersen had to justify it to Lars K.

PTSD is of such tough consequences to my entire day. Why would I risk my health again in 2015 attempting to CONTACT Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen?

Yes, he has played all possible people against each other and told the police:" I am getting married, I am so happy.. "as one of his heavy weighing reasons in 2012-13 told to the police they had to protect him against talking with us about the administrative tasks from him to us.

The time frame 2012-13 that we only contacted him to get our DOCUMENTS with our resignation confirmed!

Why should we use 12 hours on daily calls to him, and text him 100 daily when our mission was to us very IMPORTANT and to me of my conscious matters an opt-out receipt.

As well as we wanted to move to England to settle in 2 different locations.

it is that all Bishops and many many Church-Christians think it is possible, typing 100 daily text messages and record 12 hours of messages for 3 years.)

It is not funny. We find all of this to be appalling.

We have no confidence in Jonas Serner - Pedersen's judgment.

We do not CONTACT him through Hans Morten Anker nor through this email, for that matter, since he seems to be completely out of educational reach.

it is impossible for us to be obsessed with him, so that we spend all waking hours of each day only to text him 100 and record 12 hours of messages FOR ongoing 3 years!

We have no confidence or reason to expect that Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen has good intentions with us. Unfortunately!

The Danish Press Council admits us in our complaint that Jonas Serner-Pedersen's complaints that we had to call him the expressions such as devious and what we know of words, he claims we say about him.

They call his assessments here and the words subjective.

In connection to the inauguration to Bishop the new Bishop answers yes to the following as a part of the ritual

And when the world despises the Gospel, take your comfort therein that you are practicing The Lord's Work and not your own, and that Our Lord Jesus Christ has promised to abide with His congregation all the days even to The end of this age, in order for His servants to serve their Vocation boldly and finishing the race with joy.

Will you hereby promise me before God's Sight, that you will steward faithfully and upright the Office of an Overseer, to which you are elected and called into according to Grace God will give unto you? [3]

Here the bishoply Overseeing is defined as in being alert in one's vocation, to heed oneself and the Congregations entrusted to you,

Keep the sound doctrine and faithfully stewarding the serving in uprightness with no respecter of persons, and be a support to pastors and congregations by strenghtening those who are frail and consulting the lost and rebuke without forgetting mercy.

The understanding of the Bishoply Overseeing within this Lithurgical frame is a holistic understanding, that includes all areas of the pastoral serving and congregational living."

Han behøvede kun, som vi har sagt mange mange gange, at mødes med os i 15-20 minutter og afslutte sine administrative pligter før han forlod sin tidligere præsteansættelse i Kolding. We are spoken of anonymously, but no more anonymous, than that we are part of the relatively small number of persons, (100- 150 adults at the most), who have had our church life in the only congregation of that particular kind of congregation in Kolding.

23 February 2016 we approached Kristeligt Dagblad’s Chief Editor Erik Bjerager and Editorial Director Jeppe Duvå by mail with the following:....."

Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt has acknowledged having had

turned to the pastor through phone calls, text messages and e-mails, but they

has denied having approached him to the extent described in the article. The

approached in order to get some paper work done and Kristeligt Dagblad is

mistaken, when the newspaper describes the situation as facts. The words "nasty”,

" harassment "," malicious "," deceive "," sinister person "

do not describe their intention with the queries and are subjective statements.

The complainants have referred to the Court of first instance in Holstebro's judgment of 22. June 2013

in the case, the Prosecutor's Office against Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt.

According to the complainants, they are easily found from the article, as it is in the article

mentioned that they have had their whereabouts in the church in Kolding. There is only

one such church in Kolding. They are thus part of a relatively small group of persons

of not more than 100-150 persons in the Church.

The complainants have indicated that the Kristeligt Dagblad ought to have contacted

them before the article was published, so they could describe their version

of the story. TV MIDTVEST contacted them so before they published

the story, even though they do not here was mentioned by name in the

the mention there.

The fact that they have not filed a complaint with the Press Board

over earlier mentions, should not be construed as an acceptance of the mention.

The complainants did not have knowledge of the mention in the local media as Folke-

bladet Lemvig, as Kristeligt Dagblad refers to.

2.2 the Christian Newspaper views

Kristeligt Dagblad has stated that the article describes a growing

phenomenon in thematic terms, which consists in the fact that pastors are exposed to threats

and harassment. As an example, the article refers vicar Jonas

Serner-Pedersen’s personal experiences with exposure to phone-

harassment from two people, whose names do not appear in the article, and as

are only described as "two people from his previous Church in Kolding.

Fundamental to the press as part of its social

task is to illuminate different legal relationship, including how the professions,

in this case, the pastors, are experiencing and dealing with harassment. If a media in

such a context not soberly and sober can describe what a

parish pastor has been exposed to (when the party behind the harassment,

will not be identified in the description) it would result in an unfair and

arbitrary cropping of the actual possibilities for the press to illuminate a

socially relevant phenomenon.

It will further constitute an unfair and arbitrary cropping of parish-

Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen's free speech opportunities - and thus in principle

all the freedom of speech of all victims of harassment - if he cannot tell,

what he has experienced in a case of so much gravity that it has triggered a police

restraint, to protect his person and property, and later fine-

penalties for violations of said police restraint. Kristeligt Dagblad furthermore notes

that the complainants did not dispute the existence of a police restraining order. The

police restraint is due to the fact that Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt have engaged

in harassment against the parish pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen, by among other things having

made "100 unpleasant calls a day" and recorded "12 hours of harassment

on the answering machine ", as evidenced by the article. In 2013, the two persons

who by all accounts are identical with the complainants, were sentenced to fines

for violation of the police restraining measures by continuing to harass Jonas Serner-

Pedersen. In this context we reference to the article "Man and woman

fined for harassment of pastor "on 20. June 2013 on folkebladetlemvig.dk

Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt does not deny that the harassment

has taken place, and in any case we are talking about, that it is

factual circumstances, which Jonas Serner-Pedersen describes.

These conditions have also been featured in other media before Kri-

steligt Dagblad brought its article. The fact that the complainants have not complained

to Press the Board before now, must have convinced the public that the mentioned

forms of harassment have taken place and are part of the foundation of the

police restraint. Kristeligt Dagblad cited the articles "Harassment continues

against pastor despite police restraining order "on June 13. December 2015 on dagbladet-

holstebro-struer.dk, "Pastor harassed: 100 calls and 12 hours of voice

mail messages " on 14 October. December 2015 at dr.dk and "the vicar in

Hjerm does not know what he will do after he has lived with harassment

for three years "on 14 December 2015 at tvmidtvest.dk.

On the presentation Kristeligt Dagblad has noted that Daniela Skov

and Lars Skov Krøgholt are not mentioned by name in the article, and that

the article does not make it possible to identify them outside a narrow

circle of people, why Kristeligt Dagblad did not find it necessary

to present the information. This would be similar to the media by the mention

of legal matters can refer to an indictment, without the media is

required to provide the contents of the charge or indictment for the

indicted in order to giving an opinion.

Kristeligt Dagblad did not know of the complainants ' identity before they even

turned to Kristeligt Dagblad. The newspaper has put forward an email of 9.

March 2016, which is sent to hundreds of people and organizations,

including the Royal family, government ministries, Danish and foreign media and others.

In the email they themselves disseminate the message that they are behind the harassment of

Parish pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen.

Kristeligt Dagblad did not defame the complainants. They do not appear

in the article by their name. Even if they had been identified in

the article, it would not be a defamation to express factual

information about the cause of the police restraint.

Legal interest

It is a condition of filing a complaint to the Press Board that the

complainant has a legal interest in the matters complained of. It means that

they even as a person, organization, company or similar must be spoken

about, pictured, or otherwise identified in the media.

Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt are according to what they have indicated

"two persons from his [Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen's] past Church in Kolding ".

The Press Board therefore finds that Daniela Skov and

Lars Skov Krøgholt have such an interest in complaining about the article,

that is the basis for dealing with the complaint.

Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt have complained that Kristeligt

Dagblad did not contact them to hear their version before the newspaper

published the article.

Good press usage

It follows from the guiding rules of good press usage that it is

the media's job is to bring accurate and quick information. So far it

is possible, it should be checked whether the information given or

reproduced, is correct. Information, which can be harmful, offensive or

degrading for any person must be verified, in particular, before

they are brought, primarily by giving notice to the person in question,

cf. points A.1 and A.3.

According to the article complained about the parish pastor Jonas Serner-

Pedersen had received 100 calls a day, and there were spoken 12 hours

speech at the pastor's answering machine. The complainants have denied

to have approached in the described extent.

In the light of the Court in Holstebro's judgment 20. June 2013 in the case,

the prosecution against Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt,

The Press Board bases that Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt were

sentenced to a financial penalty for having violated the police warning not to

contact Jonas Serner-Pedersen (violated a restraining order). After what is

reported the matter is dealt with in accordance with the principle of

transparence in the courts.

Daniela Skov was convicted for having sent, voiced and emailed a

unknown number of messages to the pastor in December 2012 and for having

spoken one message and sent 57 text messages in January 2013, just as she was sentenced

for having sent 133 SMS from 19.-23. February 2013.

Lars Skov Krøgholt was convicted for having sent one SMS and three e-

mails in January 2013 and for having sent two text messages and made four

phone calls to Jonas Serner-Pedersen in February 2013.

Such as the case is informed, it has not to the Press Board been

demonstrated that they have made 100 calls in one day to Jonas

Serner-Pedersen and spoken 12 hours of voice mail on his answering machine.

Having regard to the complainants ' verdict and repeated inquiries to

Jonas Sterner-Pedersen the Press Board finds, that the information in the article

is not without basis in fact. The same applies to statements "unpleasant”

" malicious "," kept behind the light " and " sinister person " that stands out

as Jonas Serner-Pedersen's subjective assessments. The Press Board

then neither finds the basis for criticizing that the Kristeligt Dagblad

spoke of the matter as a "harassment case" or sufficient basis to criticize

that the newspaper did not control the information in the article further

in advance of the publication.

The Press Board finds that the pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen had

the right to tell his story about problems with harassment, which also has

public interest. The Press Board finds that it cannot be excluded that

it will be possible for people who already have knowledge of the facts

to identify the complainants on the basis of information in the article, but notes that

they alone are referenced to as two people from that particular church in Kolding that after

what according to information given consists of between 100 and 150 people. The Board will

therefore pronounce no criticism of the Kristeligt Dagblad for bringing the

pastor’s story without anonymizing the complainants further.

It is not good for us citizens and it is abusive that their Bishop does not care that he and Jonas take advantage of police lie so Jonas shall not speak with us about his unconstitutional enrolment of us in the State religion and State Church as we expressly did not want to be enrolled in! And we are experiencing it very disrespectful against us and against the citizens of Hjerm that they do not take care of the removal of police restraining order and take it seriously that the police are lying and denying us citizens-PARTY CONSULTATION despite the recommendation of the public prosecutor in VIBORG, Senior Prosecutor Merete Sanning ‼ It falls back on the city's municipality, when its Bishop is directly involved and keeps the hand of police lies from the pastor, as it is his responsibility to supervise. If they disclaim that they are part of politics and society, then the rest of us are just toys for them. Maybe that is why they do not believe they need to take responsibility for the impact their lives have in their fellow citizens ' lives. We would like to know if member of the Press Board Marlene Borst Hansen is the politician from the party “Det Radikale Venstre”, born in Kolding? We have lost our legal rights in Denmark, and Jonas Serner-Pedersen abuse the state police against us. The principle of legality is violated entirely, because we are given a VERDICT with no legal police interrogation.

Kristeligt Dagblad and the Press Board cut out elements - of the Transcript from the COURT in HOLSTEBRO June 2013. That causes Kristeligt Dagblad to bring a story that is entirely different from anything we are part of. They use US as anonymous parties in a TALE OR GOSSIP STORY. We are not part in the version with such lack of factuality and lack of TRUTH WHAT IS ALLOWED TO TAKE PLACE IN DENMARK From PASTOR AND BISHOP IN THE STATE CHURCH AND STATE POLICE AND STATE ATTORNEY IN VIBORG AS WELL AS COURT SYSTEM.

The verdict of the Press Board places a judgement in the entire case when they allow themselves to write: “In the email they themselves disseminate the message that they are behind the harassment of Parish pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen”.

Here it is the Press Board who with a Radical Left Party politician on the Board gives a sentence as their RULING in OUR case, for we do not agree to harassing Jonas Serner-Pedersen.

He only as said many many times by us needed to meet with us 15-20 minutes and finish his administrative duty before he left his former Pastoral employment in Kolding. That was an easy and not very dangerous piece of work for him. We are not dangerous so why abuse STATE finances and drag in Police as well as COURT as well as numerous costly writings from more than one STATE ATTORNEYs in Viborg?

In Transcript from Court meeting in HOLSTEBRO in 2013 it says, that Jonas Serner-Pedersen was expelled from Kolding Valmenighed.= KOVA which is the Congregation he was pastoring in Kolding. Expelled

That is the Courts expression of him being fired from his employment by the Leadership in KOVA. We are not impudent people who lie in Court.

In the Transcript they write that Jonas Serner-Pedersen refused to take part in revealing unlawful matters. We are whistle-blowers, and we have revealed unlawful matters that took place to a broad line of mail recipients.

Jonas Serner- Pedersen is official employee in the STATE Church. He went to the Police on September 2012 and had a police officer call Daniela Skov, and tell her: "Pastor at HJERM Parish Jonas Serner-Pedersen is here at this precinct and he says that you do not belong to his congregation." " Are you in love with him.?" The policeman barked at me 3 times. He treated me in a brutal manner and tone and he said "Hmpf" when he asked me why I contacted Jonas and instead of allowing me to answer. I had no way of being taken serious as a citizen and I was terribly shocked by the entire situation.

We had WRITTEN THAT DAY WE WOULD COME UP TO HJERM SO WE COULD finish the administrative paper duty and make it easy for Jonas he would not have to come to Kolding.

Instead he races to the Police - totally for us far from any logical proportions.

Marlene Borst Hansen stigmatizes us through her position that she indeed is a former MP in Denmark.

We are just two ordinary citizens against her as a politician. SO her name is extra strong, the SIGNAL VALUE against us is powerful, when it is from a. Political official stand denouncing of our liability and CREDIBILITY politically towards us two Danish citizens Opposite from the liability and CREDIBILITY of the STATE OFFICIAL EMPLOYEE PASTOR JONAS SERNER.-

Our latest experience in the case of legal advice was Senior Prosecutor, State Attorney in Viborg, Merete Sanning gave to us favour that the police should give us hearing of evidence in the case. That we had not been interrogated before the VERDICT against us, which is very very serious.

Merete Sanning, STATE ATTORNEY wrote this to the police - they never wanted to take us for interrogation. Again, we just got the answer from the Mid -and -West Jutland -Police precinct they considered it a case TOTALLY closed. It has all been an entirely abuse of power against us ordinary citizens.

Jonas Serner Pedersen has not taken care of documents that were of importance to us. Our Social Security numbers were on these documents. Our inquiries to Jonas Serner Pedersen was to talk about these papers. What had happened to our documents?????

Therefore, neither the Press Council or the nationwide newsmagazine KRISTELIGT ( Christian) Dagblad can make a RIGHTFUL allegation that we agree to participate in harassment of Jonas Serner Pedersen, it is a judgment the Ruling traps us in.

We wrote as an answer to Erik Bjerager about his claim that we are deranged, that we would be insane if we denied that there is a police restraining order on us. We call for a thorough research from the Christian Dagblad editorial persons in charge.
