Complaining about the police decision, number 4100-83990-01221-14
Kolding, the 7.7.2014
We will hereby complain of mid and Western Jutland Police decision not to investigate, according to the police reports we have filed for d 15.6.2014. We were greeted at the civil registry and Church Office that this was not in order. They were indirectly held responsible for something they do not want to stand for, there was wonder at it – they disliked that anyone can enroll us in the State Church without we have filled in a form where we expressly state that we want to be enrolled. It is an abuse of our social security numbers. Are there exceptions for misuse of social security numbers? We are in a time when it often times comes to light that people's social security numbers have been abused. It is not claimed to be legal. How can Jonas Serner-Pedersen using our social security numbers be an exception?
For two years we have paid the church tax to the State because of Jonas Serner-Pedersen’s use/abuse of our social security numbers. How can it be legal for Vicar Jonas Serner-Pedersen to provide the state income through our social security numbers? We have reported this issue both to the Minister of Justice and the Church Minister.
We are aware that a field in the form from Kolding Valgmenighed may be seen as a desire for membership, as I Lars Krøgholt, mistakenly wrote Christian Church parish, not because I'd enroll this Church, but because that's the parish where I live. I am baptized in a free church with a baptism, which exclude membership of the State Church. This been Jonas Serner-Pedersen has constantly been aware of.
We have a great wonder at how he can enroll us and deny us a conversation so that it will open up to us that he has enrolled us via our social security numbers. We don't understand how he can be allowed to get a police restraining order against us when we and, in particular, Daniela of conscientious objectors are asking for a receipt for the resignation of the Church. For Daniela's part, Jonas Serner-Pedersen does not use any justification to sign her in, when she wrote the Kingdom of God in this same field.
Even after careful consideration, we have chosen the baptism we will be baptized with the baptism of faith and have called it a different biblical basis — interpretation of the Bible than the State Church teaches. We have a constitutionally guaranteed freedom of religion, which is violated in this case. We see it as really disrespectful to us and our beliefs. Jonas Serner-Pedersen has used our social security numbers to provide an income for the State. We can't search Jonas on compensation.
Is it legal, that pastors on their own provides members to the State Church and thus revenue – church tax – without those members are informed and even agree with the enrolment? How can someone so be sure if they are a member or not a member of the Church?
Jonas Serner-Pedersen has deliberately failed to talk to us and give us the documents we asked of him. We've got fines for breaking his police restraining order against us. We've got fines for asking for a receipt of resignation from the church. We ha got fines for taking responsibility for our own lives. We've got fines for following our conscience and faith and try to set boundaries, to ask about a conversation with Jonas Serner-Pedersen since spring-summer 2012.
We also complain because Jonas Serner-Pedersen has affected our health on a massive scale. Daniela Skov has had PTSD and has had to have help at Kolding Hospital and I have been massively affected by stress, which I can attest with medical papers.
We attach two mails written to justice minister Karen Haekkerup and Church minister Marianne Jelved.
With best regards
Daniela Skov and Lars Skov Krøgholt.
