Løkkes 'vanvittige plan': Vil svinge sparekniven over handicappede, syge og arbejdsløse

Trods mange advarsler holder regeringen fast i planen om at tage penge fra handicappede, syge og arbejdsløse for at få dem i arbejde

Regeringen vil skære i kontanthjælpen, så det bliver mere attraktivt for de fattigste at komme i job. Men det er kun Dansk Arbejdsgiverforening, der tror på den vej. Kommuner, socialrådgivere og organisationer gør opmærksom på, at det kun vil medføre et hav af problemer.

Socialdemokraternes beskæftigelsesordfører Leif Lahn Jensen er normalt kendt for sit rolige og joviale gemyt. Men når det gælder regeringens forslag til kontanthjælpsloft, lægger han ikke fingrene imellem.

»Det er en fuldstændig vanvittig plan. Den virker ikke, den skaffer ikke folk i arbejde. Den skaber mere fattigdom, men fattigdom får ikke folk i arbejde. Tværtimod. Det er virkelig voldsomt, det her. Husk på, at 70 pct af kontanthjælpsmodtagerne er syge eller har sociale eller uddannelsesmæssige problemer. De kan ikke arbejde, anset, hvor lidt de får i kontanthjælp,« siger Leif Lahn Jensen.

Regeringen vil sammen med blå blok indføre et loft over kontanthjælpen, så der bliver større forskel mellem kontanthjælp og lønindkomst. Derudover skal kontanthjælpsmodtagere dokumentere 225 timers arbejde inden for det seneste år for at opretholde ydelsen. Og de får kun ret til fire ugers ferie i stedet for fem.

Samlet set sparer staten 110 mio. kr. allerede i år og 530 mio. kr. om året, når aftalen er fuldt indfaset. Til gengæld vurderer Beskæftigelsesministeriet selv, at det kun vil bringe 700 af de godt 157.000 kontanthjælpsmodtagere i arbejde.

Falliterklæring

En falliterklæring, mener Leif Lahn Jensen og minder om, at 24.000 kontanthjælpsmodtagere, blinde, døve og handicappede og 35.000 børn til gengæld vil blive fattigere.

»Løkke har tilsyneladende kun ét ærinde, og det er at tage penge fra de aller-fattigste for at kunne bruge dem til skattelettelser til de rigeste. Jeg kan ikke se andre forklaringer. Til gengæld undrer det mig, at Dansk Folkeparti ikke har nogen problemer med, at de her mennesker bliver ramt. De nævnte gentagne gange i valgkampen, at de ikke ville skære i kontanthjælpen, men nu har de åbenbart ingen problemer med det,« siger Leif Lahn Jensen.

Brug for hjælp og støtte

Økonom og daglig leder af Casa - Center for Alternativ Samfundsanalyse, Finn Kenneth Hansen bekræfter, at lavere ydelser ikke får folk i arbejde. Casa har netop udgivet ’Social Årsrapport 2015’, hvor man bl.a. har analyseret, om forskelige indgreb har haft betydning for at få kontanthjælpsmodtagere i arbejde.

»Incitamenter som de her virker på folk, der har ressourcer til at ændre på tingene. Men de fleste kontanthjælpsmodtagere er kommet på kontanthjælp, fordi de har et dårligt helbred, fysisk eller psykisk, eller er i en situation, som gør, at de ikke kan magte livet. De har brug for hjælp og støtte. Det hjælper ikke at tage penge fra dem for at få dem til at tage sig sammen. Faktisk virker det direkte modsat, viser erfaringer fra tidligere,« siger Finn Kenneth Hansen.

Forargelse

Debatten om kontanthjælpsmodtageres vilkår tog for alvor fart i 2011 med forargelsen over, at ’Fattig-Carina’ som kontanthjælpsmodtager havde næsten det samme i rådighedsbeløb som en lavtlønnet ufaglært. I 2012 gik ’Dovne Robert’ på direkte tv og indrømmede, at han foretrak at være på kontanthjælp frem for at have et arbejde, der ikke var meningsfuldt.

Og så sent som for et år siden var den borgerlige tænketank Cepos ude med en opsigtsvækkende historie om, at en enlig på kontanthjælp med tre børn samlet får 365.000 kroner årligt i offentlige ydelser. De 126.000 var kontanthjælp, mens resten var andre offentlige tilskud som f.eks børnetilskud og værdien af friplads i daginstitutionerne.

Fortegnet billede

Og lige præcis den udregning vil socialrådgivernes formand Majbrit Berlau meget gerne have aflivet.

»Det giver et fuldkommen fortegnet billede, når man sætter regnestykket op på den måde. Virkeligheden er, at forsørgere over 30 år får 14.575 kr. om måneden. Derudover har de i lighed med andre lavtlønnede mulighed for at søge ekstraordinært børnetilskud for enlige, friplads og hjælp til boligtilskud i lejebolig. Det bliver en skæv sammenligning, hvis ydelserne ikke tæller med i begge grupper,« siger Majbrit Berlau, der heller ikke har noget godt at sige om regeringens planer om besparelser på kontanthjælpen.

»Det kan godt være, at det ser godt ud på et regneark og i Djøf-beregninger. Men konsekvenserne bliver, at de sociale og sundhedsmæssige problemer bliver forværret. De voksnes mismod og stress vil blive større, de risikerer at miste deres bolig og vil ikke have råd til medicin. Og vi ved, at deres børn reagerer med hovedpine, mavepine, dårligere karakterer, ingen ungdomsuddannelse og udsigt til selv at ende samme sted. Der er ingen sammenhæng mellem mål og middel overhovedet,« siger Maibrit Berlau.

Hvad enten Løkke regeringen vil det eller ej- og det er jo da nok ikke tilsigtet, men retorikken er truende. Den indeholder en potentiel trussel. Unge mennesker med Downs Syndrom har på TV kaldt sig "en truet race".

Vi som "IKKE BIDRAGER" kan jo nemt sammenligne os med de udrydningstruede i KZ lejrene; de som øjeblikkeligt blev sendt i gaskamrene: syge, handicappede osv.

Og er der ikke aborten til at løse problemet, så er der vel aktiv dødshjælp FOR DER ER IKKE RÅD TIL OS NÅR VI IKKE BIDRAGER. VI ER regeringens SYNDEBUKKE SOM JØDERNE VAR Hitler regeringen - FOLKEVALGT HITLER REGERING.

VI TRUER VELFÆRDEN "på den korte bane" sammen med flygtninge og migranter. REGERINGENS KONSTANTE UDLADNING: "BIDRAGER IKKE" ER OND, NEDBRYDENDE OG TRUENDE I SIN FULDE ORDLYD. Det er manipulation, som er helt uden omtanke og nuanceret tilgang til de faktiske forhold, at ikke kun en forsvindende lille gruppe af mennesker har ret til at være på jorden; fordi de SELVUDNÆVNT bidrager til samfundet!

DET som er så forfærdeligt ondt og krænkende er ligeså når FOLKEVALGTE POLITIKERE siger på tv ud over os borgere: "....komme i arbejde og FÅ ET VÆRDIGT LIV."

Hvem er til for hvem? Var vi forskellige samfundsgrupper ikke, så ku vi jo spørge, om politikere så "HAVDE ET VÆRDIGT LIV", når der ikke var ret meget arbejde til DET som er så forfærdeligt ondt og krænkende er ligeså når FOLKEVALGTE POLITIKERE siger på tv ud over os borgere : "....komme i arbejde og FÅ ET VÆRDIGT LIV."

Folkevalgte. Men POLITIKERE DER IKKE VISER STATSMANDSKAB!

FOLKEVALGTE : Hvordan kan de tillade sig at tale ud over millioner af danske borgere, som om vi er der for deres skyld?

Hvad giver politikere ret til at BEDØMME og DØMME i, HVAD DER ER ET VÆRDIGT LIV FOR DANSKE BORGERE????

I heard that even Sofie Carsten Nielsen (The party Radikale Venstre) use that GENERALLY accepted political notion in her talk with CLEMENT in his talkshow this past weekend.

It is highly ARROGANT THAT OUR GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WISH TO DEVELOP DENMARK AND EXPAND OUR HORIZONS.

Who is it that again and again are HEAVY CONSUMERS AND THEREBY CONTRIBUTE THROUGH THEIR LABOUR to cause harm to us citizens. Løkke's ‘insane plan’: Will swing the chopper over the disabled, the sick and the unemployed

Despite many warnings, the Government keeps firmly to the plan to take money from the disabled, sick and unemployed to get them in work

The Government will cut in cash benefits, so that it will be more attractive for the poorest to get jobs. But it is only the Danish employers ' Confederation, who believe in doing so. Municipalities, social workers and organizations would like to point out that it will only result in a sea of problems.

The Socialist employment spokesman Leif Lahn Jensen is usually known for his calm and jovial disposition. But when it comes to the Government's proposal for a cash benefit ceiling, he places no punches.

"It is a completely crazy plan. It does not work; it does not get people to work. It creates more poverty, but poverty does not get people into work. On the contrary. This is really violent. The Government will, in conjunction with the blue block introduce a cap on cash benefits, so there will be a greater difference between social benefit and earned income. COP-out
