Your Majesty!
Dear applicant for bishop at the Viborg diocese
Additions to the mail below
We had not thought that we should go through it all again. I have tried to get in touch with Bishop Karsten Nissen. He ought to have the responsibility of the supervisor to supervise.
Our strict and clear expectation is that Jonas and the coming bishop remove the restraining order from the police against us.
Link to the mail communication up until now: http://sites.google.com/site/ytrings
We do not wish to be bound to Jonas Serner-Pedersen with a restraining order for 3½ years more. It must be his new supervisor bishop who takes care of removing the restraining order, which means that Daniela can not apply for a visa.
A totally unnescessary and ununderstandable restraining order.
When we asked Jonas Serner-Pedersen, a pastor, to perform a simple administrative task, instead he goes to the police. Instead of writing a withdrawal receipt from Kolding Valgmenighed; how hard could it be for him? We also asked for a reference to the church in England, which is now superseded for Daniela.
Med hvilken grund har han lov til at holde os STAVNSBUNDET i Danmark i 3½ år?
On which grounds is he allowed to keep us tied to Denmark for 3½ years?

Kind regards, Daniela Lars Skov Krøgholt.

Your Majesty!
Til the applicants for bishop at Viborg diocese
Dear candidate to become the future bishop in Viborg.
Thank you for being one, who wishes to take on leadership and responsibility in the state church and good luck with the coming election for bishop.
I'm writing to you because Daniela Skov and I many times have approached us to Bishop Karsten Nissen and Dean Carsten Hoffmann, Struer deanery of a case which it becomes more and more urgent for us to solve. It's that we have been frozen out by the parish pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen, Hjerm. Having been in good communication and cooperation with him, from one day to the other at his firing from Kolding Valgmenighed he ceased to respond to any request from us. He would not answer what had happened, would not take responsibility for anything.
Daniela and I turned to him to get a receipt for withdrawal from Kolding Valgmenighed and to get a recommendation as former parishioners in Kolding Valgmenighed - a recommendation that we needed to be admitted entry to respectively Leadership Academy in England and in a church in London. A practice that is quite commonly used, in line with references and recommendations by job applications. Despite calls for it, he would not give us these papers, indeed his only response was silence.
Then we wrote to him in 2012 that now we would visit him in Hjerm, to have the case closed, he went to the police and got a restraining order on Daniela and later on me, on the basis of the text messages and e-mails we had sent to him.
We have repeatedly asked for help in getting the restraining order removed, and we are moving away! We wish in no way to get around Jonas Serner-Pedersen, so we are not dangerous for him.
The plans have now been changed so that Daniela will apply for visa to the USA and I still want to come to England. In a visa application, it will probably be very unfortunate to have a restraining order standing on the criminal record.
If when being a Christian and a pastor means more than pretty words in the pulpit, we could expect that Jonas Serner-Pedersen had a desire for reconciliation. We have repeatedly declared us open to conversation, yes we have clearly called for communication. Why he is interested in being tied to us for three more years, we do not understand.
This mail is forwarded to a group of recipients, who we have informed about the state of things through time, because what we've been through, reflects the state of the church. When we write to you, it has to do with the fact that you have to be prepared that if you were appointed as bishop of Viborg, this case will be one that we do not give up on.
Unfortunately we cannot contact Serner-Pedersen directly, and besides it would not have any practical significance. But someone must surely be able to make him understand how to behave properly towards his neighbor. In this case, it could be to have a desire to communicate and to remove the restraining order from us.
Karsten Nissen on our urgent appeal turned to Jonas Serner-Pedersen. What they've talked about, we do not know, but we got a document from the bishop, in which he confirmed that we had been members of Kolding Valgmenighed.
It just was not such confirmation we needed, similar to an appointing authority is not interested in simply having attested that the applicant has been employed there and there.
Moreover, it was in his authority as a pastor in Kolding Valgmenighed, we needed the papers were issued. It's very simple things. We have not had a real church affiliation since Kolding Valgmenighed so that he has, in our opinion simply not filled his office as he should.
From beginning to end what we wrote was a cry for help! So once again, here is a call to anyone takes action and helps us!
Kind regards Daniela Skov og Lars Skov Krøgholt.
