Your Majesty
Candidates for the office of bishop in Viborg Diocese and all other deans and pastors who receive this mail!
We want you to know that Daniela Skov will have to pay a fine of DKK 3500 because she violated the restraining order by Jonas Serner-Pedersen. I must pay DKK 1500.
We have not been able to pay as we are, respectively. early retirement and on welfare pay. Daniela should begin to pay the fine on 1.3. 2014 in rates which are too big for her. Now there is a final demand for payment of 26.4. 2014, ie in the week to come.
If she does not pay the full amount at once, they have the right to attach ? or she receives the alternative penalty 7 days in jail! To have asked Jesper Serner-Pedersen of papers that were important to her.
Withdrawal Acknowledgement was largely a matter of conscience for Daniela.
It took far too long before Jonas gave us papers to withdrawal from Kolding Valgmenighed. He even said he had problems with deadlines and administrative work. He was incidentally fired from his leadership on that basis.
When we had pressed him for a long time for withdrawal forms, he wrote, "now it is time I get this in the mail to you." Daniela had so definitely need to get a receipt that he had announced her. She did not want to be a member of a congregation any longer where leadership hidden for all bullied the pastor for 1 ½ years.
But Jonas never found it necessary to meet our needs for papers. We had also asked him about a conversation, and if he would write a reference for Daniela to Leadership Academy in Bradford.
We see it as extremely odd never to get an answer. He could easily have written an email to us if he did not want to be in conversation with us where he either 1. wrote the resignation acknowledgment and reference or 2. "I will not give you the papers." It was the least he could have done; how difficult could that be.
He could have taken some one with him, if we were to talk, we proposed him. When he finally needed to get help from the police, he might have asked them for help to communicate with us, instead of exercising control against us two Danish citizens.
We find it hard to understand how it might make sense for pastors in Denmark that he could do it. It seems incredibly surreal. Unfortunately, it is not free-floating in the air, but a reality for the two of us.
Jonas turned against us for some personal reason. It has meant that we have received fines, and that he was completely indifferent to that, is shocking.
We can get a prison sentence, if we contact him or we do not pay the fine. Of this he also does not care!
No bishops, deans or pastors have done a thing to help us to get Jonas talked to reason and order, so it may well just be in order and setting a precedent that a pastor as easy as nothing can do his job as it suits him with police help.
We were in court on 13.7 2013., We attach a copy of the judgment. The fine is on top of that we now have spotted criminal records. It binds us for another 3 ½ years in Denmark against our will.
Daniela is about to go to the USA, but it is simply impossible for her with a spot on her criminal record. How Jonas and Maria can defend to stand for "Open Doors" values seems surreal and more than absurd when he uses the police against his fellow Christians, brothers and sisters in the faith as something natural and acceptable.
Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
James letter 1:27
It is God's word! No matter whatever the bishops (Supervisors) of the church in Denmark live your life based upon.
Kind regards Daniela Skov, Lars Skov Krøgholt
