De spørger hvad grunden er til vi skriver, da Deres opgave er at tage sig af klager over politiet.
1. Vi fik en kendelse i 2011 af en statsadvokat i Viborg, at vi skulle politianmelde så mange præster som muligt. Havde det ikke været fra en Statsadvokats mund havde vi IKKE gjort det.
Men politiet valgte at ignorere vore anmeldelser.
Daværende VALGMENIGHEDSPRÆST i Kolding, nu Sognepræst i HJERM, Jonas Serner- Pedersen var een af de præster, vi anmeldte for han var præst nu for de mennesker i Kolding VALGMENIGHED som fik
Deres GAVEBIDRAG stjålet i egen lomme af Lone Ambæk. En sag vi påklagede helt fra 2008.
Vi var mennesker fra 4 kirker i Kolding, hvis GAVEBIDRAG ind i KOLDING KIRKECENTER endte på LONE AMBÆK, nu Lone Skjoldholm, Koldings Konto til eget brug.
Lederparret i Kolding Kirkecenter sagde de vidste, Lone A var i problemer, men de valgte at straffe os budbringerne, Vivi Augustenborg, Lars Skov Krøgholt og Daniela Skov.
Politiet svigtede totalt og vi forstår stadig ikke at de må ignorere en Statsadvokats råd. Så er der ingen orden.
Politiet har valgt at lytte til Jonas Serner- Pedersen 19-09-2012 og IKKE FORHØRE OS OVERHOVEDET.
Det er SÅ KRÆNKENDE for vor retsbevidsthed at en sag udvikler sig så ekstremt, fx at vi kommer for retten uden at Sognepræst Jonas S-P blir kaldt ind så vi har en ALMINDELIG SAMTALE og Retten i HOLSTEBRO var direkte rystede, for og de var slet ikke bekendt med at vort ærinde til Jonas SP i forår 2012 blot var om nogle papirer. Det har han IKKE skrevet eller sagt til politiet.
Vi fatter IKKE en præst må sætte sådan et DYRT apparat i gang - svine med samfundets penge. Vi mister vor retssikkerhed på baggrund af løgne og at politiet dækker over en betjent, der ikke vil tilkendegive sin identitet! Han er jo KENDT af Sognepræst JONAS S-P som misbruger sit embede til at få den betjents beskyttelse mod enkel samtale på max 15 minutter med os.
Vi er borgere og han har viser det sig misbrugt vore Cpr til at 1. Indmelde os i 2 Statskirker
2. Forårsaget derved at krænke vor RELIGIONSFRIHED OG
3. Forårsage vi uden vor vidende og accept betaler KIRKESKAT i 2 år.
Havde politiet AFHØRT OS OG LIGESÅ SØRGET FOR ALMINDELIG KOMMUNIKATION mellem Jonas S-P og os. Hans holdning:" vi skal beskytte KIRKEN. Nye kristne (døbte) vil ikke komme der, hvis de ved, hvad der foregår her!" styrede hans valg og politiet viste jo, de vil beskytte Kirken mod, at de ting, som Jonas jo vidste der sker bla det UNDERSLÆB i 2008.

Vi er fuldstændig rystede over at SOGNEPRÆST Jonas Serner-Pedersen har livslangt TILHOLD på os GODKENDT AF POLITI OG FHV STATSADVOKAT PÅ SAGEN, når vi reelt og det vidste han godt, ville besøge ham for blot at få et papirarbejde afsluttet, hvoraf den ene del var 1. BEKRÆFTELSE/ KVITTERING PÅ AT HAN HA

en samvittighedssag for mig, da jeg på INGEN måde ville have mit navn i forbindelse med en kirke, hvor ledelsen MOBBEDE Jonas Serner-Pedersen skjult for os i menigheden i HALVANDET ÅR.

2 år efter i 2014 finder Lars og jeg ved TILFÆLDE ud af at Jonas Serner-Pedersen meldte os ind i 2 statskirker I maj 2012 og det forklarer jo hans krumspring som POLITI OG STATSADVOKAT OG tilsynsførende biskopper besynderligt nok har LADET KØRE.
Hvorfor?
Og hvordan det pengefrås og magtmisbrug skal få en ende, det er ikke op til os, for vi har ikke fået noget medhold i at man NORMALT bare TALER sammen om papirarbejde i almindelige danske virksomheder,
formoder vi. Undtagen i institutionen Kirken.

i en bizar og unødig sag. Vi deler IKKE TRO MED SOGNEPRÆST JONAS SERNER- PEDERSEN OG VI ER DØBT PÅ ANDEN TEOLOGISK GRUNDLAG END BISKOPPERNES OG PRÆSTER I STATSKIRKEN DØBER PÅ OG DET ER UTROLIG KRÆNKENDE, IKKE AT HAVE RELIGIONSFRIHED I EN RETSSTAT. Vi har brug for HJÆLP.
Pastor Bent Feldbæk blev underkendt i 90rne I RETTEN !!!! for hans dåbssyn HØRTE IKKE HJEMME I STATENS Kirke. Konsekvens var at han mistede sit embede.

Efter at have konsulteret Justitsministeriet og Statsadvokaten for hvordan vi kommer videre med den sag, som vi slet ikke synes er færdigbehandlet, - som har rådet os til at skrive til politiet, fremsender vi dette, som er to tidligere udsendte mails samt en uddybning af visse aspekter af sagen, til Sydøstjyllands Politi og Midt- og Vestjyllands Politi, for at fremstille vores opfattelse af den sag om tilhold, som sognepræst Jonas Serner-Pedersen har sat os i.
Er det muligt, på baggrund af de partsindlæg, vi her kommer med, at tilholdet kan blive optaget til fornyet overvejelse, eller skal vi selv anlægge sag?

Nu, den 19. september var det et år siden sognepræst Jonas Serner-Pedersen gik til politiet i Holstebro og fik startet sin sag mod os op så vi senere fik et polititilhold. Men i stedet kunne han bare have brugt et kvarter på at skrive to dokumenter, som vi har brug for til at komme i kirker i England og tage en normal samtale med os, som man vel kan forvente af en præst.
Vi har flere gange påpeget, at det ikke er sandt, når der står at vi ikke har villet komme til forhør i forbindelse med Jonas Serner-Pedersens tilhold mod os. Daniela Skov er blevet spurgt, ved en opringning fra politiet i Kolding, om hun ville komme til forhør med det samme, den dag i oktober, og hun sagde straks ja, og bad om at jeg Lars Skov Krøgholt måtte komme med og at der måtte komme en læge med, fordi hun blev ramt af voldsom stressangst, da en betjent fra politiet i Holstebro ringede hende op 19. september 2012 og brugte ord som sigtet, og hun blive vildt chokeret og forstod ingenting. Betjenten som endnu ikke har givet sig til kende her et år efter. Hvordan kan en politibetjent skjule sin identitet? Har politiet ikke notatpligt? Samme aften forklarede en betjent fra Servicecenteret i Horsens, at de ikke havde notat om, at hun var blevet ringet op og at hun var sigtet, så måske var det bare nogen, der lavede sjov med hende? det gjorde hende endnu mere chokeret - hvem kunne da finde på sådan noget? Jeg, Lars Skov Krøgholt er end ikke blevet spurgt af politiet om at komme til forhør, og Daniela er heller ikke blevet spurgt hverken fra politiet i Struer eller Holstebro, når de har ringet, om hun ville komme til forhør, så hun kunne afgive sin forklaring. Vi mener stadig, at grundlaget på hvilket vi har fået forbud mod at kontakte Jonas Serner-Pedersen er meget løst. Vi er blevet dømt og er blevet tildelt bødestraf uden at være blevet forhørt. Er legalitetsprincippet blevet opfyldt her? Er der særregler for en statsligt ansat sognepræst - Jonas Serner-Pedersen har jo været i forhør.
Først ved retsmøde den 13. juni 2012 i Holstebro om bøderne blev vi talt med. Daniela havde ikke forstået at retsmødet ikke var om selve tilholdet, men kun om bøderne. Vi fik så hjælp og fik forklaret lidt mere om tingenes sammenhæng. Hjælp havde vi ellers ikke fået noget af, tværtimod kun vrede mails fra forskellige ”Oase”-præster og ikke mindst redaktør og journalist Henri Nissen, som har holdt gryden i kog i et helt år med anklager mod os om at vi er hadefulde og at det, vi skriver, er "giftigt" m.m. Vi har ikke forstand på at blive sigtet, og vi har ikke råd til en advokat, så det er først lidt efter lidt, at vi hutler os igennem det her, så godt vi kan. Hvorimod Jonas Serner-Pedersen kan gå til politiet med en grydeklar anmeldelse, og vi kan ikke få at vide, hvad han har sagt til politiet. Først da der er gået næsten et år, får vi tilsendt aktindsigt, efter at vi havde klaget til Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedsdomstol. Da fik vi ét bilag tilsendt fra politiet i Holstebro. Vi er blevet gjort utroværdige hos politiet i et helt år. Det er ikke til at leve med. Lighed for loven - giver det ikke os de samme rettigheder til at blive hørt som sognepræst Jonas Serner-Pedersen?
Hvad vi med sikkerhed ved, er, at han har været fuldstændig tavs over for os, samtidig med at han har opført sig som om alt var som det plejer, de få gange mellem sommer og 19. september 2012, vi har mødt ham siden han indledte sin tavshedsprotest. Ved Danielas venindes begravelse forrige sommer, som han forestod, kom han under udbæringen af kisten hen til Daniela og gav hende i alles påsyn en stor omfavnelse, hvilket vi har vidner på. Ved kaffebordet kom han hen og gav hende en stor omfavnelse til farvel og sagde "Tak". En af dem der sad ved kaffebordet var i øvrigt Danielas grandfætter. Det er absurd at være i en situation, hvor vi skal føre beviser og have vidner. Det havde vi overhovedet ikke haft fantasi til at forestille os, da vi begyndte at spørge efter de papirer i sommeren 2012.
Daniela havde brug for en kvittering for udmeldelse af Kolding Valgmenighed. Det er en samvittighedssag for hende, for hun ville ikke være del af at være med i en sammenhæng, hvor Jonas Serner-Pedersen var blevet mobbet i 1½ år. I forvejen havde det taget meget lang tid at få selve udmeldelsesblanketterne. Han skrev på et tidspunkt at "nu må jeg hellere tage mig sammen til at få sendt de papirer". Det var i sommeren 2012, den periode med tavshed, som Henri Nissen og andre præster ikke ved noget om, men det har Jonas jo ikke fortalt noget om. Hvorfor skulle vi stå i måneder og bede om papirer, den del har han ikke sagt til politiet. I retten i Holstebro var de virkelig overraskede over dette, det stod der ikke noget om nogen steder. Hans tavshed er som at række os fuckfingeren: ”I rager mig, jeg er fuldstændig ligeglad med hvad I har brug for”. Overhovedet ingen interesse og forståelse for vores behov for at komme videre og vores planer og drøm om at komme til England. Det var kun han selv det gjaldt. I stedet tager han et hold på os.
Derfor vil vi anmode om at blive indkaldt til forhør, så vi kan få lejlighed til at udtale os i sammenhæng om sagen, om det så skal koste os penge, vi ikke har, at komme til Holstebro, men vi da slet ikke råd til bøderne, og vi kan ikke leve med at have mistet vores retssikkerhed på grund af administrativ forsømmelse, undladelse af at udfylde en voksens mands embede som præst!
Han går virkelig over stregen ved, i det vi har fået aktindsigt i, at skrive til politiet at Daniela er syg og efter hans mening bør indlægges. Hvorfor vil han have hende indlagt? Han gør en fjer til fem høns. Det er direkte frækt. Hvordan kan man tro at man har fredhelle, og lade alle andre bære byrderne. I retten i Holstebro fik vi læst op, at en betjent Hanne Nielsen skriver, at Daniela har sagt at hun "har ADHD og mange andre sygdomme". Daniela har ikke ADHD, hun tænker ikke på sig selv ind i den sammenhæng. Det er for galt. Hvad har sådan noget snak at gøre med de papirer, Jonas skulle have udfyldt i sommer?
Kommentarer til de dokumenter vi har fået aktindsigt i.
Jonas Serner-Pedersen skriver, han ”valgte at trække sig”. Det er løgn, for han blev fyret fra Kolding Valgmenighed. Han trak sig ganske vist fra at blive genstand for en afstemning i menigheden om, hvorvidt der var flertal for at genansætte ham; men det er løgnagtigt af ham at lade denne handling betyde, at han trak sig = sagde sin stilling op.
Jonas fremstiller det som om han ensidigt blev ”overfaldet” af Daniela (”omklamrende omsorg”). Han fortæller ikke, at der var en tovejskommunikation, en gensidighed mellem dem, og at Jonas udtrykte glæde ”jeg elsker at snakke med dig” ved at være sammen med Daniela. At han skulle være udsat for omklamrende omsorg gav han aldrig udtryk for. Han gav knus, der var øjenkontakt mellem dem, de stod tæt sammen ved flere lejligheder. Det var ham, der startede med at give udtryk for at han kunne lide Daniela. Hun har ikke kunnet vide, at han var imod hende, og hun har aldrig troet, at hun skulle bevise noget. Men han mangler beviser for sine påstande.
Jonas holdt op med at svare på henvendelser pr sms, mail og telefon efter fyringen. Han har intet sagt om, at han var imod Daniela. Han kunne have talt med os – vi er ikke tankelæsere, og har ikke haft chance for at vide, hvad hans tavshed betød. Efter at Daniela havde spurgt, om han ville med til Leadership College i Bradford, havde vi bedt om at han skrev en anbefaling/reference til brug i England, samt den kvittering for udmeldelse af Kolding Valgmenighed, som vi i forvejen havde spurgt efter. Ved Danielas venindes begravelse, som Jonas forretter, snakker vi ikke om papirerne eller om hans tavshed, da der er nok at se til ved den lejlighed.
Da Jonas blev fyret, fortalte han Daniela, at han var mobbeoffer i 1½ år. Ledergruppen holdt hemmelige møder om ham. Jonas fik at vide søndag før påske 2012: på tirsdag får du en fyreseddel. Han bryder sammen i krise og chok. Som den eneste i Ledergruppen havde Anja Keld vendt om, og ville ikke være med i mobning. Medlem af menigheden Jørgen Pedersen har i 2013 sagt til Daniela ”Det var virkelig noget rod den sommer” (forår-sommer 2012). Der blev udsendt mærkelige mails af Erling Hybschmann, formand for ledergruppen – de arbejdede uden om Jonas. Erling H. sagde ”det er ikke for eller imod Jonas, det er for Kova”. Dette er kommenteret ironisk af Jonas’ tidligere svigerinde på Facebook. Erling ville have numerisk vækst af menigheden, og den vækst mente han ikke, at Jonas kunne fremskaffe. Jonas var meget, meget vred på Erling. Han troede de var venner. Dermed gentager Jonas den behandling han selv har været udsat for på Daniela og Lars, som troede Jonas var vores ven.
Irene Serner-Pedersen, Jonas’ ekskone fortalte Daniela sammen med andre, at folk i menigheden læssede af på hende om dårlige ting, som var sket førhen, fordi de ville beskytte hendes mand valgmenighedspræsten mod bekymringer. Jonas betragter sig selv som et legebarn, og vil gerne fremstilles som sådan. Jeg oplever, at man gør ham til en mimose, som på det pinligste underkendes af sin menighed. Daniela opfatter det sådan at folk bare ville beskytte sig selv, så Jonas kunne bevare et glansbillede af kirken. Desuden er det almindeligt i kristne kredse, at man ikke må være den man er. Det er generelt for kirken i Kolding, at man ikke må vide der er problemer. Vores ven Atefehe siger at ”det er bare spil”. Vores ven Thomas Frost Jensen har sagt om sin tid i KFUM og K, at der går man konstant rundt med et cykelstyr på tværs i munden (STORT smil).
Vi har ikke haft en chance for at Jonas var så vred på os, som han giver udtryk for over for politiet. Jonas virkede til at være totalt ulykkelig og i underskud på grund af fyring. Vi oplever, at vi var totalt frustrerede over at han ikke kontaktede os om de papirer. Men i vores holdning handler det om at vi bar over med ham. Vi troede hans sløseri skyldtes stort underskud. Vi bad menighedsrådet, provsten og biskoppen om medarbejderomsorg og –pleje til Jonas. Vi tænkte, at det må være det, han har brug for, så han kunne passe et arbejde ordentligt, og også give os de papirer. Det må stå for hans egen regning at tro, at vi er imod ham.
Men vi forventer også han skal bede os om tilgivelse. Det er et stort ord for ham at tage i sin mund, har han givet udtryk for tidligere.
Hvordan kan vi være så farlige, at han skal have politibeskyttelse mod os? Når han ved, at det var de papirer vi bad om, og vi var på vej til England, hvordan kunne han så fremstille Daniela som sådan en desperat forførende person. Han er i 30’erne og Daniela blev 52 og jeg blev 58 i 2012, så vi må nødvendigvis have forskellige opfattelser. Hvordan kan han have den opfattelse, at Daniela er i sådan en desperation efter Jonas? Jonas ser kun sig selv, der er ingen interaktion. Daniela er ikke kommet med store kærlighedserklæringer til Jonas, hun har været forsigtig og han glemmer hvad han har sagt og gjort tidligere. Det ville være nemmest for Daniela at vise som et rollespil. Han gemmer sig, så vi ikke kan få de papirer der den 19. september 2012.
Vi har fået al den aktindsigt, vi har bedt om. Nemlig også i de afhøringer politiet har foretaget af Jonas Serner-Pedersen. Tak for det!

Jeg mener, at sognepræst Jonas Serner-Pedersen har spildt politiets kostbare ressourcer og tid. Daniela har flere gange sagt, at Jonas røvrender politiet. Jonas pudser politiet på en sag, som han selv havde kunnet klare. Sidste sommer forsøgte vi at få en samtale med ham og at få ham til at skrive to for os vigtige papirer, så vi kunne komme til England, og følgelig ikke ville ”chikanere” ham længere.
Det grænser til det komiske, at en af de mails, Jonas vedlagde til politiet, og som vi har fået kopi af som del af aktindsigten, er en hvor jeg med store bogstaver skriver til ham: ”Du har til enhver tid kunnet henvende dig til Daniela eller jeg og snakke med os, og så ville du ikke få flere sms’er eller mails!!” (Se ”Bilag 1”).
I sin forklaring til politiet (bilag ”anmeldelsesrapport”) beskriver Jonas, hvordan han mener at Daniela bestormede ham med hundredvis af sms, opkald og mail ”men da han på dette tidspunkt havde lidt ondt af både PER [Daniela] og dennes eksmand reagerede han blot med at ignorere henvendelserne”. Hvad mon han mener med at han ”havde lidt ondt af” os og derfor ignorerede henvendelserne. Det er simpelthen volapyk for mig. At have ondt af betyder i min ordbog, at man rækker ud med empatisk hjælp. En anden mulighed er et hånligt ”have ondt af” – det I skriver er så pinligt, at jeg ikke vil kommentere det. Men her lyver Jonas direkte. Han startede et ”tavshedsprojekt”, og Daniela skrev gentagne mails og sms’er om at hun syntes Jonas skulle kontakte hende og fortælle, hvorfor han blot afbrød enhver kontakt. Og mails og sms’er begyndte først at blive mange FORDI Jonas ignorerede dem! På den næste side (som ikke er med her) i mailen ”Bilag 1” gentager jeg ”Du har til enhver tid kunnet henvende dig til Daniela eller jeg og snakke med os, og så ville du ikke få flere sms’er eller mails!!” og tilføjer ”Det har vi skrevet så mange gange, og det er den grundlæggende årsag til de mange mails, sms’er og telefonopkald”. For at afværge, at han undlod at kontakte os fordi han af en eller anden grund ikke kunne overskue det, tilføjede jeg ”hvis du er angst for sådan et møde, har du lov til at tage en anden med”. Hvad jeg mener hermed er, at Jonas ikke blot ignorerede meddelelserne, men også det dybtfølte anliggende i dem, som ofte tog form af et nødskrig: Lad være med at udøve vold mod os, hvilket er det du gør ved at være fuldstændig tavs. Dengang troede vi stadig på, at Jonas var vores ven.
Sognepræst Jonas Serner-Pedersen glemmer desværre sit ansvar som professionel leder og præst. I min verden lader en præst ikke bare være med at svare på gentagne henvendelser, især ikke hvis de går på, at personen har det virkelig dårligt på grund af præstens undladelser. Og han stavnsbinder os med sin passivitet, da han nægter os papir med udtalelse!!
I bilag ”afhøringsrapport” beskriver præsten Jonas Serner-Pedersen hvordan han ”stillede sig til rådighed ved at lytte” til vores beretning om forhold i Pinsekirken i Kolding. Motivationen til at fortælle om dette forløb i en afhøring i forbindelse med tilhold kendes ikke, men et hint får man måske ved at se på slutningen af dette indledende afsnit, hvor han fortæller, at vi anmeldte en række ledere inklusive ham selv, og det var han måske fornærmet/uforstående over for og mener måske at det var en del af den ”chikane”, han har oplevet fra vores side. Han fortæller blot ikke om årsagen til at vi anmeldte gruppen af personer, hvilken var 1. Det handlede om personlig tilegnelse af indsamlede midler til Pinsekirken, tyveri af kursusdeltagernes og Guds penge, hvilket pinsekirken nok tog hånd om, men det blev aldrig f.eks. anmeldt til politiet. I samfundet uden for kirken vil man måske sige, at det er en bagatel, fordi der ikke var tale om sekscifrede beløb, men bedrageri er bedrageri, og i kirken forventer vi, at man tager Gud alvorligt, når Han i bibelen kræver ærlighed omkring pengesager. Det blev ikke taget hånd om på den måde, at der blev fremlagt et regnskab, hvor kirken gjorde rede for, hvordan beløbet var kommet ind i kirkens regnskab, og det blev ikke anmeldt til politiet. Dertil kommer skattefradraget, at det ikke var muligt at få fradrag for gavebidrag af de penge, Lone Ambæk stjal. Den anmeldte gruppe havde kendskab til dette, men gjorde ikke noget i forhold til deres kendskab, og var dermed medskyldige. Hvordan kan ledere være så respektløse og lemfældige over for os, der forsørger dem i deres arbejde med vores penge??? 2. For det andet var Daniela telefonisk af Statsadvokaten blevet rådet til at politianmelde så mange som muligt, hvilket vi dermed gjorde. Følgelig mener jeg ikke, at dette forløb har noget med chikane mod Jonas Serner-Pedersen at gøre. Er der chikane er det da, at han nægter at tale med os og nægter os de to papirer vi havde brug for til at komme til England. Jonas og de øvrige præster og ledere, som var politianmeldt skulle da i stedet tale med politiet om de penge, som Lone Ambæk tog fra deres menighedsmedlemmer, og få det indklaget hos politiet og få det bragt frem i lyset for de bestjålne mennesker fra menighederne.
I næste afsnit i ”anmeldelsesrapport” står der om Jonas Serner-Pedersen ”Af forskellige grunde valgte afh. at trække sig som præst”. Dette er udtryk for en grov fortielse! Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen blev fyret på grund af hvad man kan betegne som samarbejdsvanskeligheder med Ledergruppen i Kolding Valgmenighed. Det er altså løgn når han siger, at han trak sig. Han siger dog ikke, at han sagde sin stilling op, så han mener måske, at han trak sig fra de seks måneders fritstilling efter fyringen ved at søge stilling i Hjerm, eller han mener måske at han trak sig fra et planlagt menighedsmøde, hvor der skulle stemmes blandt menigheden om, hvorvidt Jonas skulle genansættes, idet der var en herskende utilfredshed i menigheden med Ledergruppens fyring. Men det ændrer stadig ikke på, at han fordrejer sin situation, han fremstiller sig selv i et bedre lys ved at undlade at fortælle, at han var fyret, og dermed lyver han!
Derefter beskriver pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen, at ”da Daniela erfarede den beslutning gav hun afh. Omklamrende omsorg og mente hun af gud var valgt som afh. personlige profet i præstegerningen med en lind strøm af profetier, som når de ikke blev fulgt blev hyppigere og voldsommere”. Daniela er anerkendt som profet og indsat i profetembedet af præsteparret ved Pinsekirken i Kolding, en åndelig handling, som vi ikke tager let på, for det er Guds uddelegerede autoritet, der kommer til udtryk her. Det profetiske betyder Gudsinspireret, og Daniela opfatter alt med Gud og profettjeneste med meget stor respekt. Derfor vil jeg blot her sige, at Jonas Serner-Pedersen håner Gud ved ikke at anerkende Daniela som profet. Dette må han derfor selv stå til regnskab over for Gud. Jonas Serner-Pedersen havde tilsyneladende en profet uden for kirken, som ingen af os så, Hans Anker, som var hans ”seerprofet” og rådgiver i bøn. Vi opfatter det som meget betænkeligt, at en person som overhovedet ikke er en del af kirken profeterer og giver Jonas vejledning i sit præstekald. Hvordan tør Jonas være en del af noget, der foregår i det skjulte?
Da han var blevet fyret, og ikke ”da Daniela erfarede den beslutning”, bad han Daniela om at bede for sig, og sagde til hende, at det betød noget for ham, at det netop var hende, der bad for ham. Altså ikke noget, der tyder på afstandtagen til hendes profetiske virke, også i forbøn. Derefter beskriver Jonas, hvordan han dagligt fik et stort antal sms’er, mails og telefonbeskeder. Han valgte at ikke læse og høre dem, men han valgte så ikke at stå frem som en mand og direkte og uden omsvøb at fortælle Daniela, at hendes beskeder var uønskede! At tro, at han ved at ignorere de mange beskeder, hvoraf en del handlede om smerten ved netop denne ignorering kunne stoppe beskederne er da dumt, men at beskrive over for politiet, at han måtte inddrage dem fordi han ikke selv kunne stoppe dem med en sætning i en mail og sms, når der forventes handling og ansvarlighed for forsømmelse og tavshed er da barnagtigt, pivet og ansvarsfralæggende! For mig hører det til en 17-årigs handlemåde at skrive en sms og mail at han ikke mere vil have noget med Daniela at gøre, når han har været så tæt på hende, som Daniela bevidner. Samme dag som han sender sms og mail, har Daniela sms’et Jonas, at hun vil kontakte hans forældre, fordi hun bliver isoleret fra sine veninder på grund af at han er præst. Han skriver til Daniela, at det ikke bliver til noget mellem dem, med direkte reference til at Daniela ville gå til hans forældre. Jonas Serner-Pedersen har udsendt dobbelte signaler, og Daniela er den, man ikke vil tro på, fordi hun ikke er præst. Samtidig skriver Jonas, at han ikke er løbet fra Daniela. Han har brug for fuld kontrol.
Det er korrekt som Jonas siger, at Daniela skrev til Jonas, at hun gerne ville have ham med på lederskole i Bradford, England. Hertil svarede han, at han ikke ville med, at det aldrig blev de to som par, og at han har sat pris på hendes omsorg, men må løse hende fra den og ”Vær derfor sød at holde inde med mails, sms’er og opkald.”. Vi tidligere har anført, at Jonas aldrig har meldt ud til Daniela, at han ikke ville modtage flere mails, sms’er og opkald. Det har beroet på en forglemmelse i forhold til denne mail fra mig Lars. Men som sagen står, har Daniela ingen chancer for at fortælle Jonas at han med øjne, hænder og ord har udnyttet hende og nu bare dikterer hende at hun ikke må tale om hans handlinger og ord og øjne og den sjoflen det så fremstår som når han beder hende i sms at ignorere hans adfærd, at hun bare tage imod hans vilje og kontrol, og senere i august til begravelsen fortsætter han og giver knus osv. Og han skriver i mail til Daniela at hun må regne med, at han skal til Hjerm – der bliver intet imellem dem, men ”det betyder ikke, at jeg er løbet fra dig”. Udnyttende mandeadfærd.
Daniela svarede så bl.a. som følger på Jonas’ mail:

Daniela slår altså på Jonas' personlige ansvar for handling, kropssprog og ord. Er det for meget forlangt, at en mand og præst stiller sig op personligt og fortæller, hvad der foregår? Når det nu rent faktisk er sådan at der har været mere end en almindelig kontakt imellem dem sådan som Daniela fortæller om i en tidligere mail, hvor hun mødte Jonas i byen og han der rørte ved hende. Ellers er der da tale om udnyttelse og en form for sexchikane fra Jonas Serner-Pedersens side.
Det var så dengang. Senere skete der det, at vi bad sognepræst Jonas Serner-Pedersen om to papirer: en udmeldelseskvittering fra Kolding Valgmenighed og en udtalelse til brug for kirker i England. Her har han føjet endnu en undladelse til, ved end ikke at bekræfte at han har modtaget anmodningen, som blev givet pr sms og indtalt på telefonsvarer. Det er efter min mening en alvorlig embedsforsømmelse.
Daniela er 52 år! Hun beder om papirer, så hun kan komme på Academy i Bradford. Hun forfølger ikke Jonas.
Daniela siger nu ”Det er virkelig stress for mig at Jonas hindrer mig i at søge ind på Academy blot måske fordi han kun har fokus på, at han ikke vil med. Jeg ville fortsat gerne derover, men får aldrig vigtigt papir fra Jonas. Jeg er ikke en desperat forelsket person, der ikke kan leve uden Jonas eller ikke bo i England uden Jonas. Han fremstiller mig som en forfølger, men mit mål er at rejse udenlands i sommeren 2012, lige så vel Lars til England.”
Følgende passus får mig til at undres stort: ”Slutteligt skrev Daniela, at om afh. ikke ville returnere til Kolding menighed, måtte de personligt tage til Hjerm, hvilket afstedkom, at afh. blev fuldstændig bevidst om, at han ikke mere kunne nøjes med at ignorere og ikke selv kunne stoppe chikanen og derfor henvendte sig til herværende station for hjælp”. (Jeg må indskyde, at vi aldrig har bedt ham returnere til Kolding menighed, men det må bero på en fejlhøring fra den indberettende politiembedsmands side, hvilket er forståeligt). Her får vi jo den egentlige sandhed om hvorfor Jonas har forholdt sig tavs. Han vil simpelthen ikke møde Daniela. Hvorfor det er så farligt, ved vi ikke, for han havde ikke problemer med det, da han gav hende omfavnelse ved veninden Marys begravelse. Men da skulle de heller ikke snakke sammen. At vi ville tage til Hjerm og tale med ham, var et tilbud om at få en ende på en for begge parter utålelig situation. Det er ganske enkelt uforståeligt for mig, hvad der foregår her. 1. Jonas Serner-Pedersen ignorerer totalt, at Daniela er i stor smerte, fordi han forholder sig tavs. Ingen empati her. Daniela har bedt Jonas forholde sig til sit ansvar som præst, at Kova mangler diakoni og beder om tilgivelse for det. Kan en kirke være såkaldt ”missional” uden diakoni? Jonas havde sagt, at han først skulle tænke over, hvad han har gjort hvis han skulle tage så stort et ord ”bede om tilgivelse” i sin mund, men han spørger ikke ind til hvad hun talte om. Han reagerer ikke på at vi igen og igen beder ham troppe op og få gjort rent bord, hvorefter vi ville holde op med at kontakte ham. 2. Da vi tilbyder at komme op og mødes face to face, bliver han panisk og går til politiet for at afværge den mulighed. Han siger at han vil stoppe chikanen, og ikke selv kunne gøre det, og derfor går han til politiet. Her har vi kernen i at han misbruger politiet. Hvordan han man have mere tillid til at det giver bedre resultat at ignorere end at tale sammen, og ikke mindst når forhistorien er, at han har modtaget mange meddelelser om at vi gerne ville se ham face to face og var frustrerede over og Daniela var i krise over at han ikke svarede på disse henvendelser? Og hvorfor tager han dog ikke den konfrontation? – hvis han endelig ville bruge politiet, kunne han have bedt om, at de kom til stede ved mødet mellem ham og os, eller han kunne sige, at vi kunne mødes sammen med et vidne, han havde tillid til. Skjuler han noget? Ja, det har han gjort, hvilket jeg har vist ovenfor – og han har næppe forestillet sig. at det han har betroet politiet, ville komme os for øje i kraft af aktindsigt.
I det hele taget forstår jeg ikke, at politiet kan bedømme om der skal etableres et tilhold ved kun at høre den ene part i sagen. Jeg har nu fremstillet, hvordan Jonas Serner-Pedersen lyver og omgås sandheden, så vi ville virkelig ønske, at vi kunne komme i afhøring og under edsansvar, så vi fik lejlighed til at give vores version af tingene, så vi bliver hørt og troet på, hvilket vi aldrig har fået, fordi politiet har påstået, at vi ikke ville udtale os.
Jeg vil nu trække nogle ting omkring Jonas Serner-Pedersens fyring frem. Her er det Daniela, der fortæller: Jesper Fodgaard, formand for Dansk Oase og en som hedder Balle (husker ikke fornavnet), var blevet kaldt til Kolding af Ledergruppen ved formand Erling Hybschmann for at medvirke som observatører den aften, hvor der skulle være afstemning. Daniela kom ned på Jonas’ kontor i Klostergade inden og bad Jonas om at tale med pastor Erik Hviid-Larsen, Betlehemskirken i København for at han kunne hjælpe ham til, både for hans egen og for menighedens skyld at få den afstemning stoppet, fordi det var en forfærdelig tid for os alle. Ledergruppen havde hold hemmelige møder gennem lang tid uden Jonas’ medvirken, har han fortalt. Samtidig udsendte de mest forvirrende og ubehagelige mails. Erling Hybschmann og Ledergruppen havde skrevet ud angående fyringen ”Det handler ikke om for eller imod Jonas, men for Kova”. Bente Hilligsø, Jonas’ eks-svigerinde, havde skrevet en ironisk kommentar til den statement på facebook, og vi var mange, som overhovedet ikke fattede hvad Erling mente med det. Det var goddag mand økseskaft. Lars syntes også det var mærkeligt, at Ledergruppen først fyrede Jonas og derefter indbød til en afskedsfest for ham. Det var meget ubehageligt og forvirrende. Alle blev spillet ud mod hinanden i det, der foregik.
For en tid siden sagde Jørgen Pedersen, medlem af Kova, til Daniela: ”Det var noget rod der i sommer”.
Til afskedsfesten kørte Daniela ind til kirken med Jens Christian Olesen, ansat i Dansk Oase, og han gav udtryk for at de havde givet tilladelse til at Jonas prædikede der ved sin afskedsgudstjeneste. Den formulering ”tilladelse til” skurrede i Danielas ører. Jens Chr. Olesen sagde også, at Jonas havde været virkelig stædig ved de møder der havde været holdt. Det faldt virkelig Daniela for brystet, og skurrede i hendes ører.
Daniela havde mødt Jonas, i bil på vej til et vennepar i Hjarup – Brian Mortensen, formand efter Erling Hybschmann. Jonas var meget ulykkelig og så ked af at de nu nok skulle til at endevende alt fra hans liv ved menighedsmødet. Anja Keld var med i Ledergruppen i lang tid, men Jonas fortalte, at hun var ”vendt om” og var holdt op med at mobbe ham. Hun vil også kunne bevidne, at der er foregået mærkelige ting.
Daniela var nede på Jonas’ kontor, og han ville have, at hun skulle bede for sig, og Daniela var meget ramt, da hun erfarede, at Jonas var så ked af det. Da de gik derfra, sagde Daniela at hun ville ønske hun kunne gøre noget for ham. Han svarede at han elsker at snakke med hende, og hun har den, der havde gjort mest for ham. Det er virkelig store ord, men hvor er da den ”omklamrende omsorg”, han taler om? Men det handler måske om at hun bad for ham for hans egen skyld og for menigheden, at få stoppet den afstemning og det menageri, og at hun da han blev fyret, havde sagt ”nu har du fået dit frihedsbrev, Jonas, med hensyn til at du kommer ud af det dårlige arbejdsmiljø med mobning, og den tid skulle du bruge på at komme ovenpå og få helbredelse af sind og følelser og krop og få hjælp til det”. Det har nok ikke passet Jonas Serner-Pedersen, for han ønskede vist kun at være på arbejde som præst i kirken. Han havde ”drømt om at blive gammel sammen med menigheden” sagde han ved afskedsmiddagen. Men han havde også fortalt Daniela og hendes veninde Mary, at der var en fløj i kirken, som ikke kunne lide ham – det var nok halvdelen, lød det til. For Daniela er det naturligt, når man står i et mobbemiljø og er i krise, at tilråde at man kommer væk og får hjælp. Hans dømmekraft var ikke i balance på det tidspunkt, og han ville heller ikke kunne forudse der, om afstemningen ville falde sådan at han ville se det som sin fordel, - at han skulle fortsætte med Erling Hybschmann som leder af Ledergruppen, ville være helt urealistisk. Der havde han en rolle som dørmåtte, der gik stille omkring og blev trådt på, og ingen fik noget at vide om at de mobbede ham konstant ved at kalde ham ”en dårlig leder”. Daniela fortalte ham, at hun ikke ser ham som en dårlig leder, men som en leder i proces.
Ved afskedsgudstjenesten i Kolding Valgmenighed 2012 prædikede Jonas Serner-Pedersen decideret over et syn, Daniela havde fået og profeteret om Jesus og kirken i Kolding og Danmark. Det er dog mærkeligt, at Jonas overhovedet tillader sig som præst at lade sig inspirere så meget af Daniela, når han har den holdning til hende som han har lagt frem her. Hans inderste og ærlige holdning er vel det, han betror politiet om hendes troværdighed og integritet. Vi kan kun kommentere, at vi mener han tager, hvad han kan bruge, hvad der lige passer ind i hans livsbilleder og omsorg for egen tarv. Det er ganske enkelt umuligt for os at hitte hoved og hale i hvilket noget af det han siger, vi skal tage til efterretning: 1. han vil ikke have noget med Daniela at gøre, 2. han vil have Daniela i sit liv, for han har holdt på hende og tog hvad han kunne bruge.
Ved samme afskedsgudstjeneste var Jonas tydeligvis meget ked af det, ikke mindst da børnene kom med en afskedsgave, en cykel. Han havde direkte øjenkontakt med Daniela, og hun overvejede lynhurtigt, hvad der var passende at gøre her, men smed ”passende” ud og gik sammen med mig op og støttede Jonas, Daniela med armen omkring ham og jeg med en hånd på skulderen. Daniela fik også et stort knus af Bess, Jonas’ mor.
Vi har virkelig brug for at Jonas står foran os og siger de ting, han virkelig mener, for vi oplevere os nu så ført bag lyset, og det har fået den konsekvens at Jonas har gjort os utroværdige over for politiet i Danmark, og vi har mistet vores retssikkerhed. Vi kan slet ikke rumme at skulle betale bøder for penge, som vi slet ikke har.
Jonas kalder i et andet dokument vi har fået aktindsigt i Daniela for syg, og at hun burde indlægges. Men Daniela går ind for lov og orden, og påtaler stærkt vigtigheden af at følge lov og orden og respekt for mennesker. Og når det ikke bliver hørt, bliver Guds stemme højere og højere. Når Jonas siger at han ikke følger profetier, er det et oprør mod at leve ud fra orden og sandhed, ikke til gavn for sin næste, han så stædigt stritter imod. Danielas læge Birgitte Holde sagde sidste sommer, at Jonas Serner-Pedersens tavshedsstrategi ikke havde noget med hende at gøre – det var alene et udtryk for Jonas’ uhensigtsmæssige måde at løse sine problemer på.
Med de ting vi her har peget på i Jonas’ liv, kan vi ærligt være dybt bekymrede for, hvordan det vil forløbe for Hjerm sogn. Har man først løjet om en ting, bliver resten af det, man siger jo farvet af denne løgn, og hvornår kan man så virkelig stole på ham, hvis han ikke selv bekender og tager afstand fra løgnen? Vi er bekymret for at menigheden deroppe bliver ført bag lyset, ligesom vi er blevet det.
Vi skrev forrige sommer til Biskop Karsten Nissen og provst Carsten Hoffmann og bad om tilsyn, medarbejderomsorg, og –pleje over for Jonas Serner-Pedersen, fordi vi kunne se, at den krise han havde været i, stadig påvirkede hans valg og handlinger. Derfor kan vi ikke undgå at kalde biskop og provst til ansvar for at tingene står, som de står i dag.
Danielas 89 årige mor har sagt, ”Det var da ham som var sådan en god mand”, og at Kolding Valgmenighed da må da vide, hvad der er sket, og hun siger, at hun ikke ønsker at hendes børnebørn skal have Jonas som rollemodel.
Daniela kan ikke leve med, at præsten Jonas Serner-Pedersen har leget med hende på den måde han har. Som profet vil hun være i samarbejde med en præst, det er Guds orden, og hvis hun ikke kan stole på at præsten kan skille det personlige og det professionelle ad, og ikke kan stole på at han siger det, han mener, er hun naturligvis på meget usikker grund og bliver personligt mærket og ødelagt af det.
Vi har hele tiden valgt at sige det, vi mener, foran mennesker, ikke at tale bag andres ryg. Jonas har åbenbart valgt det modsatte, at tale bag vores ryg. Daniela har fået den kommentar fra en ung pige, at hun har hørt så meget dårligt om hende. Daniela kender ikke den pige overhovedet.
Vi vil ønske, at vi kunne komme i forhør, så vi under ed kan give vores version af forløbet. Det er ikke til at leve med at være gjort utroværdige over for politiet.
I et af dokumenterne, "Anmeldelsesrapport" vedr tilhold fra Jonas Serner-Pedersen, dateret 3. oktober 2012, referat ved Lisbeth Heiredahl står der ""men sluttede med PER's ret til at kontakte en præst på alle tider af døgnet, hvilket politiet ikke skulle blande sig i, hvorefter samtalen sluttede".
Dette er simpelthen ikke sandt. Betjent Lisbeth Heiredahl må have hørt helt galt i telefonen, og vi forstår jo stadig ikke at ordensmagten aldrig kaldte os ind sådan som Daniela sagde ja til, nemlig forhør og om
de ville vise hensyn til at hun er alvorligt mærket og i behandling for de traumer som læge Henrik Prinds Rasmussen kaldte "psykisk terror og chikane i kirker".

Daniela har ikke ADHD , og tænker derfor overhovedet ikke på sig selv som en der har ADHD.
Jonas har sendt to mails til Daniela, med forskellige oplysninger hvor den ene ophæver den anden. Temmelig forvirrende. Hvad mener han egentlig foran og bag vores ryg?
Det er ugennemsigtigt lederskab. En præst og leder kan ikke bare dikter ud over os, og ikke være villig til dialog. Enten er Jonas S-Pedersen i stort underskud i sommer 2012, som vi har skrevet om, eller også er han utrolig kold og kynisk. Det er hamrende utrygt at være udsat for sådan en leder. Vi kan fremvise disse mails til politiet til yderligere opklaring, om nødvendigt.

You ask to hear the reason why we write, because your task is to take care of complaints against the police.
1. We were advised in 2011 by a State Attorney in Viborg to report as many pastors as possible to the police. Had we not been given this piece of advice from a State Attorney, we would not have had the courage to do so.
But the police chose to ignore our reports.
Back then Pastor Jonas Serner- Pedersen, now Working in HJERM parish, was one of The vicars we reported since he was a Pastor in Kolding for the people in one of the congregations where several members had their gift contributions given to Kolding Kirkecenter stolen by a Teacher Lone Ambæk (now Skjoldholm).We reported this theft already in 2008 to the Senior Pastors in Kolding Kirkecenter.
We were people from four churches in Kolding that paid in Gift contributions and they ended on Lone Ambæk's account in her private economy without her telling any of us or the pastors she was accountable to. Gift contributions are collected for WAGES and all expenses in a Free Church, since they depend on Gift contributions from congregations.
The Senior Pastors responsible said they already knew that Lone Ambæk had many personal problems, but after that, they chose to harm the messengers, us: Vivi Augustenborg, Lars Krøgholt and Daniela Skov. They said we were to protect The Church.
The police chose to ignore us entirely and to this day, we still do not understand why they were allowed to ignore the advice we were given from The State Attorney. It was so disorderly.
Then Police chose only to listen to Pastor Jonas Serner- Pedersen at September 19 in 2012 and fully refuse to interrogate us.
It so contradicts with our SENSE of Justice in a legal state, Denmark supposedly is that we were taken into court in June 2013 without Pastor Jonas Serner- Pedersen. He was not called in so to solve matters in a normal dialogue. The court members were really shaken and bewildered , their reactions showed so, that they were not informed that our errand to go and visit Jonas Serner- Pedersen on September 19-2012 was simply just to talk and close the matte s about some paper work. He had not told this simple matter to the police.
We fail to understand a vicar is accepted to bring such expensive ”machinery” into action with State of Denmark or tax payers paying the bills.: POLICE , STATE ATTOURNEY, COURT IN HOLSTEBRO AND HOSPITAL EXPENSES.
WE lost our legal Rights as Danish CITIZENS due to Lies from a police officer on duty who raised a Charge against Daniela Skov, but refused to give up his IDENTITY and fail to do his duty writing a report of his ACTIONS together with Vicar Jonas Serner- Pedersen and signed with his NAME on it. Jonas Serner- Pedersen knows whom he talked with so it would be possible to identify this police officer in HOLSTEBRO. He assisted Jonas Serner Pedersen in a abusing his Office as a vicar by protecting him from doing his duty of administrative paper work and a talk with us which he could have spent no more than 15 minutes completing.
We are Danish citizens and it appeared he had used our private security numbers in May 2012 to 1. Submit us into membership in two State Churches in Kolding without our knowledge and consent.
2. Violating GROSSLY our FREEDOM OF RELIGION IN A LEGAL STATE, DENMARK.
3. Causing us thereby to pay Church Taxes for 2 years without our knowledge or consent.
IF police had brought us in for questioning or plainly helped arrange a normal conversation between Pastor Jonas Serner- Pedersen and us at Sept 19-2012 all would have been solved very fast and with no trouble.
His belief system controlled his ACTING, his choices: " We must protect The Church. New believers (Baptized) must not know what is taking place in The Church. Then they will not wish to participate." and that clearly showed us that he was fully Aware of all The wrong doings also The embezzlement in 2008 since we have had many talks with him as he was our Pastor back in Kolding and we confided in him.

Is it possible, in the light of the party post, here we come with that the estrangement measures can be admitted to be reconsidered, or should we take action?

Now, the 19. September was it a year ago vicar Jonas Serner-Pedersen went to police in Holstebro and got started his case against us up so we later got a police restraining order. But instead he just could have used a quarter of an hour to write two documents that we need to come to churches in England and take a normal conversation with us, as you may expect from a priest.
We have repeatedly pointed out that it is not true, when it says that we have not been willing to come for questioning in connection with Jonas Serner-Pedersen's restraining order against us. Daniela Skov has been asked by a phone call from the police in Kolding, if she would come to interrogation with the same, the day in October, and she immediately said yes, and asked to I Lars Skov Krøgholt had to come up with and that there had to be a doctor because she was suffering from severe stress anxiety, when a COP from police in Holstebro rang her up 19. September 2012 and used the Word as a term, and she be wild shocked and understood nothing. The policeman who have not made themselves known here a year after. How can a police officer to conceal his identity? Police have not note obligations? That evening, explained an officer from the Service Center in Horsens, that they did not have the note on, that she had been called up and that she was charged, so maybe it was just someone who made fun with her? It made her even more stunned-who could take on such a thing? I, Lars Skov Krøgholt is not even been asked by police to come for questioning, and Daniela is also not been asked either from the police in Struer or Holstebro, when they called, she would come to interrogation, so she could deliver its explanation. We still believe that the basis on which we have been banned from contacting Jonas Serner-Pedersen is very loosely. We have been convicted and have been assigned a financial penalty without being interrogated. Is the principle of legality has been met here? Are there special procedures for a State-employed vicar-Jonas Serner-Pedersen has, of course, been in the interrogation.
Only at the hearing on 13 November. June 2012 in Holstebro for the fines was we talked with had not understood that hearing Daniela. was not about the estrangement measures itself, but only about the fines. What we know for sure is that he has been totally silent in the face of us, while at the same time he has behaved as if everything was as it usually does, the few times between summer and 19. September 2012, we have met him since he began his silence protest. By Daniela's friend's funeral last summer, as he was in charge, he came under udbæringen of the coffin to Daniela and gave her publicly a big embrace, which we have witnesses. It was in the summer of 2012, the period of silence, as Henri Nissen and other priests know nothing about, but it has not told anything about Jonas. Why should we stand in months and ask for papers, the part he has not said to the police. In court in Holstebro, they were really surprised by this, it was not something about someone else. His silence is that the number of us fuckfingeren: "in projecting me, I totally don't care what in need". Absolutely no interest and understanding of our need to make progress and our plans and dream of getting to England. It was only he himself it mattered. Instead, he takes a hold on us.
That is why we will ask to be summoned for interrogation so we can have an opportunity to express an opinion in the context of the case, even if it should cost us money, we do not have that come to Holstebro, but we certainly can't afford the fines, and we can't live with having lost our legal certainty because of administrative neglect, failure to complete an adult man's duties as a priest!
He really goes over the line by, in it we have had access to, to write to the police that Daniela is sick and in his opinion, should be hospitalized. Why would he have her hospitalized? Jonas Serner-Pedersen writes, he "chose to resign". It is a lie, because he was fired from Kolding Electoral ward. He pulled himself from being the subject of a vote in the Congregation about whether there was a majority to reinstate him; but it is camouflaged by him to let this action mean that he pulled = said his position up.
Jonas manufactures it as if he was "assaulted" by unilaterally Daniela ("possessive caring"). He does not tell, that there was a bi-directional communication, a mutuality between them, and to Jonas expressed joy "I love to talk to you" by being together with Daniela. That he should be suspended for causing her care, he never expressed. He gave hugs, there was eye contact between them, they stood close together on several occasions. It was he who started by expressing that he liked Daniela. She has not been able to know that he was against her, and she never thought that she would have to prove something. But he lacks evidence for its claims.
Jonas stopped responding to solicitations per sms, mail and phone after the dismissal. He has said that he had nothing against Daniela. He could have spoken with us – we are not mind readers, and have not had the chance to know what his silence meant. After Daniela was asked whether he would with for the Leadership College in Bradford, we had asked that he wrote a letter of recommendation/reference to use in England, as well as the acknowledgement of resignation of Kolding Electoral Ward, which we already had asked for. By Daniela's friend's funeral, as Jonas appetizers, we are not talking about the papers or about his silence, as there is enough to see to at the time.
When Jonas was fired, he told Daniela, that he was a bully victim in 1 ½ years. The management team held secret meetings about him. Jonas got to know Sunday before Easter 2012: on Tuesday, you will receive a notice of dismissal. He breaks down in crisis and shock. As the only one in the Group had Anja Keld Head turned around, and would not be involved in bullying. It would be easiest for Daniela to show as a role playing game. He is hiding, so we can't get the papers there on 19 October. September 2012.

I believe that the parish priest Jonas Serner-Pedersen has wasted police resources and precious time. Daniela has several times said that Jonas røvrender police. Jonas cleaner police on a case, which he himself had been able to cope. Last summer, we tried to get an interview with him and to get him to write two important papers to us, so we could get to England, and consequently would not "harass" him anymore.
It borders on the comical, to one of the e-mails, Jonas attached to the police, and that we've got a copy of that part of the inspection is a how I capitalized writes to him: "You have at any time been able to contact Daniela or I and talk with us, and so you would not get more SMS messages or emails!!" (See "Annex 1").
In his explanation to the police (annexes "notification report") describes Jonas how he thinks that Daniela rushed him with hundreds of sms, calls and mail "but since at that time he had a little sorry for both PER [Daniela] and her ex-husband, he just reacted to ignore queries". I wonder What he means by that he "had a little hurt by" us and therefore ignored the requests. It's simply gibberish to me. To have pity in my dictionary means that rows out with empathic help. Another option is a mockingly "feel sorry for" – it in writing is so embarrassing, that I will not comment on it. But here lie Jonas directly. He started a "silence project", and Daniela wrote repeated e-mails and text messages that she thought Jonas would contact her and tell why he just broke off all contact. And mails and text messages began first to be many BECAUSE Jonas ignored them! On the next page (which is not included here) in the mail "Annex 1" I repeat "You have at any time been able to contact Daniela or I and talk with us, and so you would not get more SMS messages or emails!" and adds "we have written so many times, and it is the root cause of the many emails, text messages and phone calls". To stave off that he failed to contact us because for some reason he could not understand it, I added "If you have fear of such a meeting, you are allowed to take a second with". What I mean is that Jonas not only ignored the messages, but also the heartfelt concern in them, which often took the form of an emergency war: do not exert violence against us, which is what you are doing by being completely silent. Back then we still thought that Jonas was our friend.
Vicar Jonas Serner-Pedersen unfortunately forgets his responsibilities as a professional leader and pastor. In my world lets a priest not only be responding to repeated inquiries, especially not if they go on, the person has it really badly because of the priest's omissions. In the annex "interrogation report" describes the pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen how he "placed himself at the disposal of listening" to our report on conditions in the Pentecostal Church in Kolding. The motivation to tell about this journey in a questioning in connection with the restraining order is not known, but a hint you get maybe by looking at the end of this initial section, where he tells that we notified a number of leaders, including himself, and it was maybe he offended/perplexed and think maybe that it was part of the "harassment" He has experienced from our page. He not only tells about the reason we notified the Group of persons, which was 1. It was about personal acquisition of collected funds to the Pentecostal Church, the theft of course participants and God's money, which probably took care of the Pentecostal Church, but it was never for example. reported to the police. In society outside of the Church will perhaps say that this is a trivial, because there was no question of six-digit amounts, but fraud is fraud, and in the Church, we expect that you take God seriously, when He in the Bible requires honesty about money matters. It was not taken care of in the sense that there was presented a company where the Church explained how the amount was entered in the Church's accounts, and it was not reported to the police. In addition, the tax credit, that it was not possible to claim a deduction for the contribution of the gift money, Lone Ambæk stole. The Group was aware of this, but did nothing in relation to their knowledge, and was thus complicit. Jonas and the other pastors and leaders who were police notified should instead talk to the police about the money, as the Lone Ambæk took from their parishioners, and have it appeal pending with the police and get it brought to light for the people from the churches have been robbed.
In the next section in "notification report" says about Jonas Serner-Pedersen "for various reasons chosen afh. to resign as pastor ". This is indicative of a serious concealment! Pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen was fired because of what one might describe as cooperating with the management team in Kolding Electoral ward. In other words, it is a lie when he says he pulled himself. He says, however, he said his post up, so he thinks maybe that he withdrew from the six-month time off work after dismissal by seeking position in Hjerm, or he may believe that he withdrew from a planned Ward meeting where there was supposed to be put to the vote among the Congregation of whether Jonas had to be reinstated, since there was a prevailing dissatisfaction in the congregation with the Leader of the Group firing. But it still doesn't change the fact that he distorts his situation, he manufactures himself in a better light by failing to tell that he was fired, and thus he is lying!
Then describes the Reverend Jonas Serner-Pedersen, that "the decision gave she learned when Daniela afh. Possessive caring and believed she was chosen by God as afh. personal Prophet in the priesthood with a steady stream of prophecies, as when they were not being followed was more frequent and more violent ". Daniela is recognized as a prophet and inserted in the daily Prophet Office of the priesthood of the couple at the Pentecostal Church in Kolding, a spiritual action, as we do not take lightly, for it is God's delegated authority, as expressed here. The prophetic means God's inspired, and Daniela perceive everything with God and Prophet service with great respect. Therefore, I would just like to say here that Jonas Serner-Pedersen have blasphemed God by failing to recognise Daniela as a prophet. This he must therefore itself be accountable before God. Jonas Serner-Pedersen had apparently a prophet outside the Church, as none of us saw His Anchor, who was his "seer, prophet" and advises in prayer. We see it as very dubious, to a person who is not a part of the Church and gives Jonas guidance in his prophesies priest. How dare the Jonas to be a part of something that is going on in secret?
Since he had been fired and not "as Daniela learned the decision", he asked Daniela to pray for him, and said unto her, to it meant something to him, that it was she who prayed for him . So nothing that suggest rejection to her prophetic work, also in intercession. Then Jonas describes how he daily received a large number of text messages, e-mails and phone messages. He chose to not read and hear them, but he chose so as not to stand up like a man and directly and bluntly to tell Daniela that her messages were unsolicited! To think that he knows to ignore the many messages, part of which was about the pain of precisely this ignorance could stop messages is as stupid, but to describe the face of the police, that he had to include them because he can't stop them with a sentence in an email and sms when expected action and accountability for neglect and silence is da barnagtigt , squeamish and responsibility fralæggende! For me it belongs to a 17-årigs Act way to write an sms and mail that he no longer want something with Daniela to do when he has been so close to her, as Daniela testifies. Daniela turns therefore on Jonas ' personal responsibility for action, body language and words. is it too much to ask that a man and a priest stand up personally and tells what is going on? He says that he will stop the harassment, and not even be able to do it, and why he goes to the police. Here we have the core of that he is abusing the police. How he man have more confidence in that it gives better result to ignore than to talk together, and not least when the background is that he has received many messages that we would like to see him face to face and were frustrated and Daniela was in crisis over that he did not respond to these requests? And why does he not, however, the confrontation? – If he finally would use the police, he could have asked that they came to present at the meeting between him and us, or he could say that we could meet with a witness, he had confidence. He hides something? Yes, he has done, which I have shown above – and he hardly imagined that he has trusted the police., would get us in mind through access to the file.
On the whole, I do not understand that the police can judge whether to establish a restraining order by only hearing one side of the case. I have now produced, how Jonas Serner-Pedersen is lying and treat the truth, so we really wish that we could get into questioning and under penalty of perjury, so we were given the opportunity to give our version of things, so that we will be heard and believed in, which we never received, because the police have claimed that we would not give our opinion.
I will now draw some things about Jonas Serner-Pedersen's firing forward. Here it is Daniela, who tells: Jesper F, Chairman of the Danish Retreat and a called Balle (do not remember the first name), had been called to Kolding by the management team by President Erling Hybschmann, to participate as observers that night, which was supposed to be a vote. Bente Hilligsø, Jonas ' former sister-in-law, had written an ironic comment on the statement on facebook, and we were many, which makes no recommendations on what Erling meant with it. It was non sequitur. Lars also seemed it was strange that management group first fired Jonas and then invited to a farewell party for him. It was very uncomfortable and confusing. All were played off against each other in what was going on.

His inner and honest attitude is surely the one he confides the police about her credibility and integrity. We can only comment that we believe he takes what he can use what just fits into his life pictures and care for their own best interests. It is simply impossible for us to find head and tail in which some of what he says, we must take note of this: 1. He will not have anything to do with Daniela, 2. He will have Daniela in his life, for he has kept on her and took what he could use.
By the same valedictory Eucharist was Jonas is obviously very upset about it, not least since the kids came with a parting gift, a bicycle. He had direct eye contact with Daniela, and she considered lightning speed, what was appropriate to do here, but threw out "appropriate" and went with me up and supported Jonas, Daniela with his arm around him and I with a hand on his shoulder. Daniela also got a big hug from Bess, Jonas ' mother.
We really need to Jonas stands in front of us and say the things he truly feels, for we experience ourselves as deceived, and now it has been given the impact that Jonas has made us lose credibility in the face of the police in Denmark, and we have lost our legal certainty. We can not accommodate having to pay fines for money, which we do not have.
Jonas call in another document we've got access to Daniela for the sick, and that she should be admitted. But Daniela is in favour of law and order, and denounces strongly the importance of following the rule of law and respect for human beings. And when it's not being heard, will be the voice of God higher and higher. When Jonas says that he does not follow the prophecies, it is a revolt against the living out of order and truth, not for the good of his neighbor, he so stubbornly opposes. KAIR doctor Birgitte Keep said last summer that Jonas Serner-Pedersen's silence strategy had nothing to do with her – it was only an expression of Jonas ' inappropriate way to solve its problems.
With the things we have here pointed out in Jonas ' life, we can honestly be deeply worried about how it will proceed for Hjerm sogn. Once you have lied about one thing, will the rest of it, they say, of course, untainted by this lie, and when can we really trust him, if he did not confess and even takes distance from the lie? We are worried that the Congregation up there will be deceived, just as we have been it.
We wrote last summer to Bishop Karsten Nissen and Provost Carsten Hoffmann and asked for oversight, employee care, and care towards Jonas Serner-Pedersen, because we could see that he had been in the crisis, still affected his choices and actions. Therefore, we can not avoid to call Bishop and Provost to the responsibility to things stand as they are today.
Daniela's 89 year old mother has said, "it was him who was such a good man", and to Kolding valgmenighed as must surely know what has happened, and she says that she doesn't want her grandchildren to have Jonas as role model.
Daniela cannot live with the fact that the pastor Jonas Serner-Pedersen has toyed with her on the way he has. As she will be in collaboration with Prophet of a priest, it is God's order, and if she cannot trust that the priest can separate the personal and professional ad, and cannot rely on that he says what he thinks, she is, of course, on very shaky ground and will be personally labeled and destroyed by it.
We have always chosen to say what we think, in front of people, not to mention behind other people's backs. Jonas has apparently opted for the opposite, to talk behind our backs. Daniela has gotten the comment from a young girl that she has heard so much bad about her. Daniela don't know the girl at all.
We wish that we could get in interrogation, so we under oath can give our version of the course. It is not to live with being made unreliable over the police.
In one of the documents, "the notification report" concerning the restraining order from Jonas Serner-Pedersen, dated 3. October 2012, minutes by Lisbeth Heiredahl it says "" but ended with per's right to contact a priest at all hours of the day, which the police should not interfere in, at which point the conversation ended ".
This is simply not true. COP Lisbeth Heiredahl must have heard quite wrong in the phone, and we understand, of course, still not that police never called us into such as Daniela said yes to, for questioning and on
they wanted to show that she is seriously into account tagged and in treatment for the trauma of doctor Henry Prince R called "mental terror and harassment in the churches".

A PRIEST WILL BE GIVEN ALL CREDIBILITY, WHETHER HE LIVES UP TO IT OR NOT. I was always involved in conversations with Jonas and elers was her friend Mary with, except for the last few months-the desired Daniela explicitly by me, but the very last months I was not, so maybe that is why Jonas can run around with truth and falsehood??
Daniela has not ADHD, and therefore not at all thinking of himself as one who has ADHD.
Jonas has sent two messages to Daniela, containing different kinds of information where the one cancels out the other. Rather confusing. What does he really in front of and behind our backs?
It's opaque leadership. A priest and leader can't just dictate beyond us, and not be willing to dialogue. Either are Jonas S-P in large deficit in summer 2012, which we have written about, or else he is incredibly cold and cynical. It is disconcerting to be exposed to such pounding a leader. We can showcase these mails to the police for further investigation, if necessary.
