Jeg har modtaget Deres mails af 10. januar 2017, hvori De anfører, at brevet af 7. juli 2015 fra Statsadvokaten i Viborg ikke er efterkommet.
I brevet af 7. juli 2015 fra Statsadvokaten i Viborg er anført, at man har betragtet Deres henvendelse om manglende partshøring som en klage over politiets dispositioner, som behandles af politidirektøren i 1. instans. De blev således anmodet om at rette henvendelse til Midt- og Vestjyllands Politi, som har givet tilholdet.
Jeg kan oplyse Dem om, at jeg ikke har kompetence til at træffe afgørelse i klager over Midt- og Vestjyllands Politis dispositioner.
De bedes derfor rette henvendelse til Midt- og Vestjyllands Politi, hvis De ønsker at klage over dispositioner, der er foretaget af Midt- og Vestjyllands Politi.
Jeg foretager mig herefter ikke yderligere.

I have received your mail of 10. January 2017, in which you state that the letter of 7. July 2015 from the public prosecutor in Viborg is not complied with.
In the letter of 7. July 2015 from the public prosecutor in Viborg is stated that they have regarded your comments on lack of consultation of interested parties as a complaint about police operations, which are processed by the Police Director in 1. instance. You were thus requested to contact to Mid and Western Jutland Police, which has given the estrangement measures.
I can inform you that I do not have authority to hear and determine complaints of Mid and Western Jutland Police operations.
Please therefore contact Mid and Western Jutland Police, if you want to complain about dispositions made by Mid and Western Jutland Police.
I take no further action.
