Line Movement with Tints

Objectives:

I can demonstrate the ability to create a sense of movement with only basic lines and color

I can demonstrate the ability to understand value

I can demonstrate the ability to create a minimum of 3 different tints to my color to create the sense of movement

Vocabulary:

Hue- another word for color

Movement- a sense of motion within a work of art; the path that they viewer's eye takes when looking at a work of art

Repetition- the process of repeating something over and over

Tint- adding white to a hue to produce a lighter value

Value- the lightness or darkness of a color
