Painted Donuts
PROJECT VOCABULARY:
Three-dimensional- appearing to have length, width, and height; allows to look as if an actual object is being viewed
Highlights- An area that shows light hitting the object
Shadows- An area that shows where the light is not touching the object
Value- the lightness or darkness of an area
Shading- Applying a shadow by slightly darkening one area to show where the light is not hitting that object
Elipse- A lazy circle that has been slightly flattened to show a lower viewpoint
Medium- The materials used to create the work of art
