Vocabulary:
Bilateral Symmetry- symmetry that is divisible by half; the same on both sides
Biomorphic Shape- naturally occurring shapes that remind us of things found in nature or living organism; these shapes might look like a cloud, a blob, a spill of glue that has dried, mud puddle, etc.
Design-Â a drawing created through the use of repeated patterns
Geometric shapes- shapes created from points and lines; math can be used to break them down; these shapes include a circle, square, rectangle, triangle and variations that make use of those shapes to be created
Print- an impression made by a method involving the transfer of an image from one surface to another
Radial Symmetry- symmetry that is the same all the way around as it rotates from a central point
Stained Glass- colored glass used for making decorative windows; most commonly ornamental or pictorial
Transfer- moving an image from one surface to another
