Weaving Pouch
Objectives:
I can demonstrate the ability to weave using a loom

I can demonstrate the ability to take a weaving off a loom
I can demonstrate the ability to add a new piece of yarn to my weaving
Vocabulary:
Loom- an apparatus used to weave, in this case a simple piece of foam-core with slits cut in the top and bottom
Needle- a fine pointed tool used to apply designs within or with fabric or materials
Shuttle- a device that is used to help carry the weft through the warp and may help tighten the weave by applying even pressure to all of the strings
Warp- what you weave into, the strings that attach to the loom
Weave- interlaced fabric, yarn, or threads that create a cloth
Weft- what you weave with that eventually hides the warp
Yarn- a long continuous length of interlocked fibers
