Printmaking Quadrants

Objectives:

I will demonstrate the ability to create a 4 part print

I will demonstrate the ability to create my design and transfer it to Styrofoam

I will demonstrate the ability to use color within my design to enhance the stained glass quality

Vocabulary:

Design- a drawing created through the use of repeated patterns

Print- an impression made by a method involving the transfer of an image from one surface to another

Quadrant- One of four sections within a work of art; each section begins with a 90 degree angle on the x and y axis

Transfer- moving an image from one surface to another
