Objectives:

I will demonstrate the ability to create a value scale using white colored pencils 

I will demonstrate the ability to create value to show the form of a pumpkin

I will demonstrate the ability to create the form of a popcorn kernal

I will demonstrate the ability to create smooth transitions from one value to the next

Vocabulary:

Form- a three-dimensional version of a shape

Transitions- smoothly going from one value to the next to the point that we see no big jumps between values that would create a line

Value- the lightness or darkness of a color

Value Scale- creating a 5 step or more group of value changes from black to white
