Objectives:

I can demonstrate the ability to create a polygon tessellation

I can demonstrate the ability to turn a shape into a detailed, repeated design to make my tessellation interesting

Vocabulary:

Interlocking- having parts of an image that fit together with no gaps

Pattern- repeating a unit of shape, form, or other element to create a consistent and regular image

Tessellation- a surface covered with a pattern of flat shapes that have no gaps or overlaps
