馬頭観音という文字が書かれた黒い石碑です。平成23年(2011年)に建てられたようですが、建てられた経緯は不明です。

It is the black stone monument with the characters "Bato Kannon" (Hayagriva). It seems that the monument was set in Heisei 23 (2011) but not clarified why it was built.
