"Toryanse" is a play song which lyric is said to have been written in the Edo period, but the lyricist is unknown. The lyrics is about visiting "Tenjin-sama", a shrine dedicated to "Sugawara no Michizane", but it is sometimes interpreted in connection with spirits away, human sacrifices, and secret intrigues. "Kagome Kagome" is also a play song, and since it appears in literature in the 1800s, so it's believed to be composed around that time, but the lyricist is unknown. Because the content of the lyrics expresses a strange scene, there ara various interpretations such as buried treasure, secret intrigues, God's revelation, and necromancy. Both monuments are set on "Symphony Dori" (symphony street), which connects Aoto Station and Katsushika City  Cultural Hall (Katsushika Symphony Hills). It is unknown why those it were placed here.
