グリーンプラザは水元公園の施設の一つで、温室や野草園で珍しい植物を楽しめます。館内には、水元公園の自然や歴史について展示や防災ショウルームがあります。防災ショウルームでは、過去の大規模災害の映像を見ることができます。また、災害時に公園が担う役割や公園内の防災施設についても分かり易く紹介しています。2階のテラスからは中央広場が見渡せます。
