かつしかシンフォニーヒルズは、1,318席のモーツァルトホールと298席のアイリスホールの2つのコンサートホールがあります。また、展示ホール、カフェテリア、会議室付きの別館、レクリエーションルームレストランもあります。モーツァルト像は、世界で唯一のオーストリア共和国の許可を受けたウィーン市王宮庭園に建つモーツァルト記念像の実物大の複製で、かつしかシンフォニーヒルズのシンボルとなっています。葛飾区はオーストリア共和国ウィーン市フロリズドルフ区と1987年11月に友好都市を締結しています。

Katsushika Symphony Hills has two concert halls, 1,318 seats Mozart hall and 298 seats Iris hall. It also has exhibition hall, cafeteria and annex with meeting room, recreation room restaurant. The Mozart statue is its symbol which is the only one in the world authorized reproduction of the original Mozart memorial statue in Vienna by the Republic of Austria. Katsushika City has a friendship city agreement with Florisdorf District in Vienna, Austria in November 1987.
