この供養碑は、舟形光背(ふながたこうはい)に仏像を高肉彫りしたもので、刻銘によって解念仏供養の造立と判明出来ます。解念仏は、昼の食事の前に行う念仏講です。享保7年(1722)に建てられたと考えられます。

This memorial monument is a high relief Buddha on the boat shaped stone for memorial service of Tokinenbutsu. Tokinenbutsu is the gathering for nenbutsu chanting before lunch. It seemed built in the Kyoho 7 (1722).
