平成16年(2004)に、東京造園業組合の創立60周年を記念し、草木に思いを起こし、感謝をこめて建てられたものです。

This monument was built for the 60th anniversary of Tokyo Landscape Contractors Association in Heisei 16 (2004) as reminding with gratitude for plants.
