かまくら郷土資料館、旧明石小学校の空き教室を利用して開設された資料館で、農機具、謄写版印刷機、教科書、生活用具、写真など、この地区の歴史と暮らしを伝える資料が展示されています。そしてこれらの展示物は全て、地元の有志の方々からの提供品であり、非常に貴重な文化遺産も含まれています。

Kamakura local history museum is a homemade museum established at former Akashi Elementary School. There ara materials that convey the history and lifestyle of this area, such as farm equipment, mimeograph printing machine, textbooks, living utensils and photographs. And all of these exhibits are provided by local volunteers, which includes very valuable cultural heritages.
