もともとは新宿4丁目2番地にありましたが、旧水戸街道道路拡張及び旧上下之割用水埋設工事に伴って平成10年(1998)に現在地に移転されました。地蔵菩薩、庚申塔、日本廻国六十六部供養塔などが集められています。

Originally those were located at 4-2 Shinjuku, it was relocated to current location in Heisei 10 (1998) due to the expansion of the old Mito Kaido Road and and the burial of the irrigation canal. Jizo Bodhisattva, Koshin Tower, and the Pagoda for Buddhist pilgrim priest called Rokuju-Rokubu
