郷倉は、江戸時代に各村もしくは数村に1つずつ設けられた、年貢米の保管や備荒米を貯蔵するための倉庫です。には郷倉番人が置かれ、藩役人が監査するなどして厳重に管理されました。この郷倉は江戸後期の建造と推定され、建造当時の様式を残して保存されています。

Gougura is a warehouse built in each village or in several villages during the Edo era to store annual rice tax and provision rice for famine. Gougura Bannin (the guardian of warehouse) were placed and the clan officials audited it, and kept it under strict control. This Gougura is presumed to have been built in the late Edo era, and has been preserved in the style of when it was built.
