平成8年9月、大学4年生の小林順子さん(21)が自宅で刺殺され2階建て住宅が放火される事件が発生しました。事件直前、家の前にで表札を見つめていたコートを着た不審な男が目撃され、遺体に掛けられた布団と玄関で見つかったマッチ箱の血痕から同じ男の血液が検出されていますが、事件は未解決のままです。

平成八年九月九日夕刻、次女順子がこの地で何者かに殺害され家屋が放火されました。事件は未解決のまま犯人は逃走中です。「順子地蔵」は犯人を一刻も早く逮捕し事件の真相を究明するため、また、この忌まわしい事件を永く記憶に留め、再びこの地域から犯罪が起きて欲しくないという遺族の願いを込めて建立いたしました。事件解決に向けた情報の提供をお願い申し上げます。

In September 1996, Junko Kobayashi (21), a fourth-year university student, was stabbed to death in home and house was set on fire. Just before the incident, a suspicious man wearing a coat was seen who was staring at the nameplate of the house. The same man's blood has been detected in the futon on the corpse and in the matchbox found at the entrance, but the case remains unsolved.
