There is a "The tower of waltz" at the south exit of Aoto Station. The person playing the violin is in the center, and six angel sitting on flowers playing musical instruments at the top of the pillar. The surrounding pedestal is a circular bench. The person playing the violin is the Viennese musician Johann Strauss II. The original statue is the Johann Strauss memorial statue by sculptor Edmund Helmer in Vienna City Park. This "The tower of waltz" was set in front of Aoto Station when Katsushika City Cultural Hall (Katsushika Symphony Hills) was built in 1992, beause the station is the starting point of symphony street (Symphony Dori) leading to the Hall. Katsushika City has a friendship city agreement with Florisdorf District in Vienna, Austria in November 1987.
