Bruna Nogué is a Catalan translator born in Vic. She has a degree in Translation and Interpreting at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona (2015-2019). During her studies, she did an Erasmus stay at the Université de Bretagne-Sud (University of Southern Brittany) in Lorient, France. She is currently studying the Masters in Translation Studies at UPF, where she carried out many mentorships for students who had difficulties with Catalan. At the same time, she led and organised many activities for the Erasmus students, until she became chair of the Cultural Committee of ESN Barcelona UPF. She has worked as a linguistic assistant for Catalan students attending language courses abroad and she has translated Une vie de boy [Houseboy in English] by Ferdinand Oyono (Ediciones Wanáfrica, 2019) into Catalan.

Within the sphere of voluntary work, she has cooperated with the Secours Populaire Français in Brittany and she has joined the WWOOF programme (helping out in a bio farm in France).
